No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I'm a regular there. Oil change, maintenance and so on. Overall the experience was ok. Fairly easy to get in but not too quick to get out. Despite having an appointment with the dealer I think an oil change and tire rotation should take less than 2.5 hours. Yes. Place is clean with comfy seats and restrooms but could be more efficient. I wouldn't mind the wait with some complicated issues but it was basically standard.

Very professional. Not pushy. I took my time. Test drove my truck twice. Inspected twice. Negotiated a bit. Spent a lot of time here and drove 2 hours to get there. The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.
