I was in the market for a used car for my daughter, a new driver. We went to look at a used Honda, but also noted a great looking, newer Ford that had a lot of the safety features I was looking for. Even though Honda is his brand, Gabriel recognized that this car was the better value for her, and took us on a test drive. He was great to work with, the pricing was very fair, and he even drove the car all the way down to the Ford dealer in CT so that we could have the car inspected...which was appreciated. The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

just now NEW I totally recommend Yonkers auto mall!! Virginia and Anthony work hard together to get you in your car the same day. Even if you have bad credit they will try their 100% to get you in a car the same day!! Which is what I had and all other dealerships told me most likely I would not get approved they didn’t even try. Yonkers auto mall allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. I went to several dealerships before finding Yonkers auto mall that asked for my deposit up front and never gave me the car to test drive. They also gave me the best offer for my trade in. They have more cars that come in daily that might not be on their site yet. I highly recommend stopping by their dealership to speak to Virginia regarding their offers. They honestly make you feel so comfortable with their quick process!! I will be back in a couple of years for a trade in maybe get the Lexus next time 😊. I drive a Honda Pilot Special Edition- It is by far the BEST car I have ever owned. I have no kids but really wanted an SUV. I drove two civics on lease before and went to look at a CRV. The pilot was around the same price to lease as a CRV and boy am I glad I chose this over that! I keep my third row down and the trunk space is incredible. This is a good car to have in your 20’s despite what people have this car for. My lab and yorkie have plenty of space and i absolutely feel like I am driving a sedan still with how smooth and tight and sporty it drives. I still whip like I did in my car!!!! I cant wait for the next generation to come out, I will probably stick with pilots for a while

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I've owned my 2021 Special Edition AWD for a year now. Put 14,000 trouble free miles on it. No problems at all. Just 2 maintenance services. The second service required a differential fluid change along with the normal maintenance. Kind of surprised it needed such an extensive service so soon but I hear the cross vectoring AWD needs frequent fluid changes. Cost $500.00. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
