This morning I went to Conyers Honda for an oil change. I admit I am getting up in age. When the advisor came out , Terence McKibben he asked if I had an appointment and I stated no. He then asked what do you need done. I immediately said oil change. He reached in and push the button and said” you’re only at 40%, you’re good. Being on Social Security That was a small gesture but it saved me almost $80 . That was truly honesty and above and beyond. He is to be commended. Thanks Terrence, you are my go to whenever I come to Conyers Honda. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!

Purchased a 2025 Honda pilot EXL it is so smooth. The 10 speed automatic works flawlessly if you’re in the market for a midsize SUV I highly recommend you take a look at the pilot.

Walk in to a well appointed Showroom and Customer Waiting area. Next be greeted, by a friendly and experienced Staff and that is what I am used to. We have been coming to Hyundai Auto Nation since 2010 when we purchased a new 2010 Santa Fe. We have had any and all maintenance work for the Santa Fe performed at Autonation Hyundai for 15 years while I wait in the Customer Lounge. I have seen how the Sales and Service Staff treat the Customers and I am impressed with the Courtesy and Communication given to all Customers. So after 15 years we decided to purchase a 2026 Tucson and we know that we will be well cared for at Autonation Hyundai...

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

I only dealt with salespeople on phone. He was prompt at responding to my phone calls and answering my questions.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. 3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!

My service technician Nakiri always take care of me when its time to get my Accord worked on. I really appreciate his honesty and honest opinions when asked. I almost feel like im the only customer sometimes how quick and efficient the guys are in the shop.

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Crystal and BMW of Gwinnett. The negotiation process on the vehicle was straightforward and free of drama...communication was prompt and exemplary (with my being out of the area Crystal sent a very helpful video tour of the vehicle)...and my purchase was beautifully prepped and detailed for pickup. We got a new RAV4 yesterday at this place and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! Our sales person XT is an absolute GOAT for his patience, openness, and his knowledge for the car. This is the first car I purchased so I DIDN’T UNDERSTAND A THING. XT was patient enough to inform me about every question I had and is literally one of the most genuine guy I’ve met. We were in a little bit of a rush, but XT got us covered. We came in at around 3pm and drove away with our new car at 8:30. He made sure that we understood all the details of the car, how to take care of it, and what to do next after getting the car, making it incredibly easy for me as a new driver. I will definitely choose XT to buy a car if I have to do this again, and this dealership in general just gives the most seamless experience!

It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

This is a nice SUV that is not flashy, but it does its job carrying the people and running errands around town. It’s also nice for longer trips.

I certainly regret this review, that I was wrong, it was my mistake, when I looked at the car I didn’t inspect it thoroughly and what I didn’t like was the gas tank without a cap, it’s just a new model but there’s nothing you can do about it, but otherwise everything was fine. If, of course, I had decided to immediately think and buy a new one instead of supporting it, then I would have been fine. And now I greet Mr. Scott and Mr. Chris. I thank them for their respect and attitude towards me.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!
