Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

I was interested in test driving a Nissan Kicks . We were assisted by Mason who was very helpful and knowledgeable . He explained everything to us about the vehicle. A lot of the things were so new to me since I had been driving a 2009 vehicle. We enjoyed working with him and everything went smoothly with the purchase. Bought my Elite in May of 2023 at a local dealer. I love the look of the car, the comfort and the handling. It is very roomy and has so many cup holders and compartments which is great. I have the brown/black interior, which I wasn't able to see before purchasing it, but loved it once I did see it. I did have an option for a gray interior one but didn't like that look as it didn't look as classy as the two toned. The lights are bright, the features are wonderful so overall a nice vehicle and still happy with my purchase. Now the not so good stuff.... Biggest problem I have is like other reviews have stated the gas mileage is not great at all and comes nowhere near the projected when the car is marketed. 19-25 it states but that is way off for sure. I don't have a heavy foot, speeding or hard breaking and I always drive in Eco because the 'Normal" mode option, the mileage is worse. Summer months my average between city and HWY is 18.5/19.5. All HWY I was able to get 23 miles one time but not again. All HWY after that first time is usually 21/22. Never have I seen 25mpg like stated. Now the Wintertime they are not as good. City/HWY is 17/19 & HWY is 19/20.5. The most miles I can get out of a tank of gas either summer or winter is now less than 355, more around the 335/345. The lane assist feature is pretty bad as well, better in the nighttime as I feel it sees the lines better but during the day is more of an annoyance than anything, so I normally don't use it. I have drove the Sport model one and that worked great and a 2022 Elite pilot and that worked flawlessly too. Not sure why mine is so bad but dealer says it functioning correctly, I told them we will agree to disagree LOL>. The wireless charging is very slow and if you have any type of case on it will most likely not work, so I just keep it shut off. I really wish Honda would have put the bigger screen in this car this time around. Looks like there is enough space for that to have happened they just chose not to. I really wish that the second you turn off the car the radio didn't shut down too. I have never had a car do that and it is frankly a big inconvenience for me. Many times, I am on the phone with clients, or I like to finish a song, but in order to do that I would have to sit with the car running and that doesn't make sense to me and it's a waste of gas. This is little but I do hope that they come out with some type of compartment for the center console as it's really big but there is no way to organize anything in it and honestly just looks like a total mess. (Again, small to many) The app to start the car and such is just okay. What I don't like is that you cannot adjust the temp or the heated seats as well as not having the app turn on the passenger seat as 95% of the time no one is in it. I feel like this is more opportunity for something to go wrong or stop working when I didn't personal choose to use it but was forced to have. I will say I do like that whatever my heated seat was at from my previous drive that is what it is at when I start my car the next time. I did end buying the Honda rubber floor mats but soon found out that the from mats leave to much carpets exposed by the gas and brake pedals, so salt gets all over it. The back ones are just fine. I did end up buying the Weather tech ones and those are great and have amazing coverage so if you live in an area where it snows, I'd keep this in mind. I also bought the side covers for the back end and the mat for the back end, which really protects the sides and back of seats from scratches which we all know ever car is prone to. I did add the trailer hitch from the dealer vs aftermarket as I wanted it to look good and sit higher where it belongs verse the aftermarket which sits much lower to the ground. Overall, now with 13,000 miles on it I am still loving my pilot despite the other things mentioned above. I hope it last me a long time as this is my first time buying a Honda vehicle.

I walked into the dealership & was impressed by how nice it was. Then I saw something that I haven't seen before, a very nice saleswoman named Tori Williams. In all the years that I've been buying a new car I have never dealt with a sales woman so I picked her to help me partly because I wanted to see just how knowledgeable she was about the vehicles. I am a very picky about what I wanted I'll admit that so I was curious about how she would accommodate me. She was wonderful. Very nice & patient and no matter what I asked she had an answer. I looked at the vehicle I was interested in & then told her I would think about it. After spending an hour with me I thought she might be a little upset because she spent all that time with me and I ended up leaving without buying a car right then. She could tell I was a little apprehensive about committing to a car payment for a new car versus buying u used car. She was very understanding tho & I left to think about it. Later in the day she called me and told me she had found all these rebates for the Escape & how much they would give me on my trade in &I was impressed & elated. She had made it possible for me to afford the new car that I wanted. She even had it in the color I wanted. I told her I would be there on Monday to get it. I went to buy it & she had all the paperwork read for me to sign then put on my plates and went over all the features patiently so I was completely comfortable with the new car when I left to drive home. There was no pressure on me by John the financial officer,to buy all the extras like all the other car dealerships I've dealt with. Tori Williams is the best car sales person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting & I sent my sister-in-law to her to buy a car. She was very happy with the help & bought her husband the vehicle he wanted. So bravo Lou Fusz for having a woman sales person. I'm recommending her to everyone. She's patient, she really cares & there is no pressure. What a breath of fresh air.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

I still have a few things to tie up with them, but so far I will give a 4 star. The wait time when I first got there and the detailing wasn't as good as I'd have liked. As far as the salesman and financing they were professional, helpful, and had wonderful bed side manners. They did an excellent job. The pricing on the used vehicle I purchased was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

I like my car. I test drove quite a few before deciding to purchase a Honda Pilot. I like the way the Hondas ride, the seats are more comfortable, and the gas mileage for the size of car is descent.
