Nice guys finish first!
I am from out of town and a "low tire pressure" alert showed on my 2019 Honda Civic! I drove up to the service area and asked if someone could check it out. They checked it out and the "alert" went away, and I can drive back to Ohio! What a great bunch of folks who work in the service department. They couldn't be nicer or more helpful! Thank you. Great car on performance with loud road noise.
No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. 2017 Honda Pilot EX-L review
Spacious interior
This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!
