The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. On Monday March 27th 2017 I traded my old lease in for a new 2017 Honda Accord. I was really nervous because I was over mileage and also was 4 months early before my lease was up. I didn't know what to expect and was afraid I would have to pay a lot for being over mileage on my vehicle. Well after talking to Antonio Stapp and figuring out the numbers, he advised me it would be best to have 45,000 miles on this lease instead of the 36,000 miles I chose last time. Also I got to pay the same payment plan as I did the last lease I had. I was thrilled. Antonio was such a huge help and I will never go anywhere else for another vehicle as long as I'm alive and can drive. I'm so impressed with with everyone that works there. While I was waiting for Antonio to get back from running an errand (he wasn't sure I was coming that day- I surprised him) there were so many people that came up to me asking if I've been waited on. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. I recommend to all of my friends and family about Bianchi Honda. I tell them about the service and how helpful everyone is. I will never buy a vehicle or lease a vehicle from anywhere else. I just want to thank you all, especially Antonio Stapp for everything.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!
