Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. I brought my Honda HR-V in for a scheduled service. I called Tim to make an appointment and he actually worked me in the same day. I had an oil change and my CVT transmission fluid drained and refilled. Tim made sure the work was performed in a timely manner and also showed me a video of work being done AND Honda's world class multi-point inspection which included the following: a battery test, brake inspection, tire inspection. He also reviewed a checklist with me and I really was glad that my tires were rotated per my maintenance agreement. Also, my car was washed as well. Tim Hartman was very thorough and explained everything that was done and the cost involved. I got in my vehicle and was very happy knowing that all work performed made a difference in my car's performance. If you need a car serviced and want to make sure the job gets done right the first time, take it to Honda of Newnan and ask for Tim Hartman!

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

My service coordinator was great! I was expecting to be there for several hours, but ended up only taking just over an hour for the repair! Great customer waiting area with Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, complementary water, coffee and snacks. Highly recommend! Best dealer experience ever!

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

Full size room but feels like a mid size SUV. Able to transport two large dog crates. Gets good gas mileage. I would buy another one.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.
