I bought my 2014 Pilot Touring 4x4 used 4 years ago with 67k miles on her. We're at 150k now still going strong other than tires and routine maintenance no issues at all. She handles great on all terrain and in all weather, shes big enough to haul the family around town, move across the country in comfort or a weekend at the lake and you'd never know there was a trailer or a boat behind you. They did lose a star on the exterior for the paint peel on the roof above the windshield as others have mentioned.

Have not made any decision isions yet on what year Honda CRV I am interested in 23,24 or 25. Thank you for staying in touch while I consider all options during this crazy time with auto purchase consideration ...

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

Full size room but feels like a mid size SUV. Able to transport two large dog crates. Gets good gas mileage. I would buy another one.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Jonathan was very genuine, helpful and trustworthy. Not too many sales at other dealerships are like him. I love our 2016 Pilot EXL AWD. We bought it as a one year old CPO coming off a lease. It has had its share of the first year model blues. Not as reliable as I want it to be, but once the bugs were fixed, it’s been pretty smooth sailing. I love how it’s always ready for any adventure. The extra room is always welcome as we drive up and down the East cost between FL and NJ. We get to bring everything we needed and never worried about the weather. The AWD is great not just in the snow, but in any weather. Best AWD I’ve driven in the snow. The VTM4 AWD works so well, you’d think you’re driving a full time 4WD vehicle in the snow. It also helps in the rain as well. Accelerating with this much weight and a powerful engine requires a lot of traction. Coming out out of a corner in an incline, most front drive vehicles would spin their tires before the stability control stops the spin to regain control. The VTM4 senses the incline and automatically applies power to the rear wheels adding significant traction. Never spun the wheels of our pilot in the rain. Our FWD Passport, on the other hand, looses tracking during acceleration in the rain specially if it’s on an incline. One regret for buying that AWD SUV. We thought we won’t miss the AWD in the south. Now the 2016 Pilot certainly had so many bugs that would deter a lot of people from buying it used. We had the CPO warranty. And on top of that, we bought an extended warranty just because. Turned out to be a good idea. Most the the quirks happened during the warranty periods. From an expensive evap failure to transmission problems to sunroof issues to battery replacement. We had the famous transmission judder that required multiple visits until they finally had a permanent fix. Multiple fluid flushes and a software reprogramming took care of it. The sunroof didn’t want to close at times. Weird considering we don’t even use it often. Warranty covered everything. After the warranty expired, I learned that resetting the sunroof was an easy task. There were a few problems that I couldn’t remember or not technical enough to understand, but they were all fixed under warranty. Now driving it without warranty. So far it’s been good. Just keep up with the maintenance schedule and it should be fine. Replaced the OEM tires with Michelins CrossCimate2. It feels like it can go anywhere. Wet driving was further enhanced. The OEM tires had good traction, but wore out too quickly. Silly me bought a second set before going to Michelins. Overall, it’s a really nice SUV that’s fun to drive. It has plenty of power to haul 7 people easily or 3 people, one small dog, and everything needed for long distance traveling. It has an awesome AWD system that can get you anywhere. It helped us navigate around flooded areas on our way back home after Hurricane Irma. Where smaller vehicles couldn’t pass, we went through. The things we went through would have stranded a less capable SUV. Only thing missing really is CarPlay. We missed it my a year. Oh well.

I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Adam’s Auto Group in Little Ferry, New Jersey. I especially want to recognize my salesperson, Cheyenne. He stayed in contact with me during the process and facilitated the transfer of necessary paper work. Although the car I originally wanted was sold (a misunderstanding of certain terminology – “Deposit” vs. “Down Payment”), Cheyenne worked (even on his day off) to make sure that my second choice proceeded without a hitch. The staff at Adam’s is helpful and knowledgeable, and their vehicles are top-notch. I would, however, suggest that better communication between the two locations (they also have a store in Paterson N.J.) would make the buying experience less fragmented and feel more “of-a-piece”.

We were looking for a mid-size SUV because getting in and out of my 2014 Honda Accord was getting a little difficult. We found this Pilot Elite and got a good deal, and the car is hitting on all cylinders. Yes, we will get lower gas mileage, but the more comfortable ride and higher seating position are worth it.
