Used Honda Pilot for sale near Hazardville, CT

I was in the market for a used full-sized truck. I found one online at Meadows Motors. When I went there to test drive it, there was a nicer F-150 parked next to the GMC I originally set out to test. I ended up buying that day. There was an issue in the rear axle and Gary had me bring it in for a repair. They took care of it immediately. Unfortunately a couple of weeks later the power steering went. Again, fixed right away. Here's the best part, right after I bought the truck the paint above the rear wheel wells on both sides started bubbling and cracking. I looked it up and apparently this was a known Ford issue. When I brought the truck in for the power steering repair I never even mentioned the paint. I chalked it up to "well, it's a Ford issue not Meadows problem". Gary called me and told me that they would bring it to an auto body shop and have it fixed free of charge. I've always bought used cars, and this is the best experience I've ever had by far. If you're in the market, go here. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Meadows Motors! It's nice to know that an establishment like yours still exists!!!

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Vehicle covers our needs for towing the family fishing boat. Great for winter driving in our region. This model year cargo space is better than many of the other SUV's available.

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

Was assisted by Jill Fuduric for the service of my vehicle. She was thorough and provided updates and recommendations that Zurich would cover and was not pushy about upselling. Service was completed within her estimated time frame.

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!

I chose Liberty Honda after doing research and tons of test driving at multiple dealerships. They won out because I decided on a Honda and I had such a good experience test driving there. Lori was so helpful, NOT pushy and overall really great to work with. Lori understood I wanted to take my time, do my research and wait until I found the RIGHT car. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Middletown Nissan the week before because they took my car keys to value my trade and then were CRAZY pushy and more or less demanded I buy from them right then and there and didn't give me back my keys so I couldn't leave--I finally told them I refused to be pushed into buying a car and would ABSOLUTELY NOT be purchasing that evening, so they finally relented. Once I picked a car the rest was easy...Liberty got me GREAT financing (I was shocked because I knew my credit score!) and gave me a fair price on my trade. This is simple - I'm 67 years old and this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

We got awesome treatment and a good deal from this place. My salesman, Jonathan Testa was fantastic, honest and accommodating. The Toyota brand itself is an excellent, reliable car to begin with and the salesman I worked with could not be more pleasant and reasonable.

Purchased used with 145,000. Threw a bunch of front end work into it, but with Alaska roads no surprise. Very comfortable, with good interior. Sure footed on ice and deep snow with Blizzak tires. Alot of power, and 20 mpg with the V6 engine. Feels like a bigger SUV than it is. Great rig over the road, easy parking when in town. Going to run this up to 300k before I am done with it.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

Have always owned the Odyssey. Still probably my favorite. Pilot is beautiful inside and out. I got the black edition. Could have more vents for a/c and storage space. Rides quiet and smooth. Easy to drive long distances. Averages about 20 mpg
