Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. On Good Friday afternoon, as I was coming into Collierville/Piperton area to visit my brother and sister-in-law, my engine light came on (again) and I had to get my 2011 Honda Odyssey to a Honda dealership. I called the Wolfchase Honda dealership nearby in Bartlett and told Dexter (service advisor) what was going on (it was a known issue with the pistons & rings leaking oil around the seal and fouling out spark plugs-P0303 code). I had my elderly parents with me whom I was driving as far as Dallas, TX, and then, had to be back in Murfreesboro by Monday evening due to an appointment I couldn't miss on Tuesday. After dropping the van off to be diagnosed by the technician/mechanic, Dexter called me back to let me know that it was the issue involving the pistons and rings, etc., and with his technician on the phone with him and me, told me they would do their best to have it ready by Monday (latest, Tuesday due to being Easter weekend). Well, after driving to and from Dallas over the weekend, Dexter called me on Monday morning by 11 a.m. to tell me his technician had worked on it Friday for awhile, come in Saturday and worked on it to get the bulk of the work done and finished Monday morning so I could get home that afternoon!! I want to commend and thank Dexter and the technician (Joey Schaffer??) for their empathy and wonderful service to get me on the road back home (after more than a week of being on the road)! I know the Lord was in all the details last weekend!! Dexter and Joey deserve praise and a RAISE for being so kind!

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

He had us in and out in record time with a brand new Suburban, exactly as we desired. He took the time to familiarize us with the new vehicle for as long as we needed to feel comfortable before driving it off the lot. His Sales consultant Chris Banks was also instrumental in the sale of the vehicle to us, also friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Joe is running a well oiled machine at Serra Chevrolet. Great 3 row SUV.. Drives a bit heavier in feel than my Honda CR-V. good performance. comfortable seats, quiet while driving, 25 mpg on highway..

Purchased used with 145,000. Threw a bunch of front end work into it, but with Alaska roads no surprise. Very comfortable, with good interior. Sure footed on ice and deep snow with Blizzak tires. Alot of power, and 20 mpg with the V6 engine. Feels like a bigger SUV than it is. Great rig over the road, easy parking when in town. Going to run this up to 300k before I am done with it.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!
