I was very impressed that the dealership reached out to me to advise of a recall and to sched an appt. James, our service advisor was great; took care of everything. Even tho the car needed additional work, I felt the price was fair in the end.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.
