Bought a new 2025 crv sport hybrid l over the weekend, I worked with Steve Grady. My experience was excellent, he took care of me from start to finish, no surprises, no pressure, very relaxed environment, straight forward transaction, very patient with my requests and he was very courteous. No required add on packages, price is great and he responded quickly with my email inquiry, was able to negotiate a decent price for my tradein, they will offer you rust proofing and accessories but you can decline if you dont want. The business office will offer you extended warranty and it could get a bit tense although in the end the final price they will offer for a 8 yr honda care warranty is a pretty competitive price and will consider in my future purchases. Overall I had a great experience and way different than other shady dealerships that will try to steal your money. I was there for maybe about 3 hours from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and will consider them again on my next purchase, thank you Valley Honda.

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

Chris, the service advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Any and all questions were answered satisfactorily. Very professional and courteous! Making the appointment was easy, the checkout process was easy as well. A fee applies when paying with credit card.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

WOW.... From the minute my Wife and i walked in we very impressed and definitely state of the art building. We were greeted by two gentlemen and not knowing Christian Acevedo would end up being our salesman. As soon as I saw the car I literally fell in love with it right away. But let me tell you..Christian was AWESOME. Very courteous, friendly, helpful. He went out of his way to make us feel very comfortable. He literally made the deal happen. The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

Know how to work with customers always giving deals on service. In service department. A one.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I can't tell you what a privilege it was to find and buy a car at this small auto store. I like my car. I test drove quite a few before deciding to purchase a Honda Pilot. I like the way the Hondas ride, the seats are more comfortable, and the gas mileage for the size of car is descent.

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. I drive a Honda Pilot Special Edition- It is by far the BEST car I have ever owned. I have no kids but really wanted an SUV. I drove two civics on lease before and went to look at a CRV. The pilot was around the same price to lease as a CRV and boy am I glad I chose this over that! I keep my third row down and the trunk space is incredible. This is a good car to have in your 20’s despite what people have this car for. My lab and yorkie have plenty of space and i absolutely feel like I am driving a sedan still with how smooth and tight and sporty it drives. I still whip like I did in my car!!!! I cant wait for the next generation to come out, I will probably stick with pilots for a while

After long time researching to replace my 2001 Toyota Highlander, I came to decide on the 2019 Honda Pilot. The Car has a very good feel inside and it's very good looking outside IMO. Seats are very comfortable and AC works great (I live in South Florida). The car has 80,000 miles on it, and I already had to replace the Transmission fluid at 50k and I am due to replace it again on the next oil change. (I never EVER changed my transmission fluid on my 2001 - 289k miles Toyota Highlander). The radio issues did happen to us the first year but in the dealer they did a "system upgrade" and that solved the issue. We have driven the Pilot several times to NC, SC, TN, AL and other estates and so far it has been great. I was not expecting to have to replace transmission fluid so often but when replace the transmission works well.
