I bought my 2014 Pilot Touring 4x4 used 4 years ago with 67k miles on her. We're at 150k now still going strong other than tires and routine maintenance no issues at all. She handles great on all terrain and in all weather, shes big enough to haul the family around town, move across the country in comfort or a weekend at the lake and you'd never know there was a trailer or a boat behind you. They did lose a star on the exterior for the paint peel on the roof above the windshield as others have mentioned.

Full size room but feels like a mid size SUV. Able to transport two large dog crates. Gets good gas mileage. I would buy another one.

BEWARE OF THE PAINT ISSUES WITH THESE SUV'S. My Maroon Pilot has chipping paint on the roof due to poor clear coat by Honda and it is going to cost $1700 to get it repainted. BEWARE OF THE VCM ISSUES AS WELL...When the Pilot goes into Economy mode it shuts down 3 cylinders that often get starved for oil. The cylinders will then fail and thats an expensive job to repair. I really love the Pilot but I wish Honda would own up to the issues they are having instead of blaming them on the customer. I do love the amout of room in the car and I love the boxy look. The Pilot handles great in the snow as well

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

I love our 2016 Pilot EXL AWD. We bought it as a one year old CPO coming off a lease. It has had its share of the first year model blues. Not as reliable as I want it to be, but once the bugs were fixed, it’s been pretty smooth sailing. I love how it’s always ready for any adventure. The extra room is always welcome as we drive up and down the East cost between FL and NJ. We get to bring everything we needed and never worried about the weather. The AWD is great not just in the snow, but in any weather. Best AWD I’ve driven in the snow. The VTM4 AWD works so well, you’d think you’re driving a full time 4WD vehicle in the snow. It also helps in the rain as well. Accelerating with this much weight and a powerful engine requires a lot of traction. Coming out out of a corner in an incline, most front drive vehicles would spin their tires before the stability control stops the spin to regain control. The VTM4 senses the incline and automatically applies power to the rear wheels adding significant traction. Never spun the wheels of our pilot in the rain. Our FWD Passport, on the other hand, looses tracking during acceleration in the rain specially if it’s on an incline. One regret for buying that AWD SUV. We thought we won’t miss the AWD in the south. Now the 2016 Pilot certainly had so many bugs that would deter a lot of people from buying it used. We had the CPO warranty. And on top of that, we bought an extended warranty just because. Turned out to be a good idea. Most the the quirks happened during the warranty periods. From an expensive evap failure to transmission problems to sunroof issues to battery replacement. We had the famous transmission judder that required multiple visits until they finally had a permanent fix. Multiple fluid flushes and a software reprogramming took care of it. The sunroof didn’t want to close at times. Weird considering we don’t even use it often. Warranty covered everything. After the warranty expired, I learned that resetting the sunroof was an easy task. There were a few problems that I couldn’t remember or not technical enough to understand, but they were all fixed under warranty. Now driving it without warranty. So far it’s been good. Just keep up with the maintenance schedule and it should be fine. Replaced the OEM tires with Michelins CrossCimate2. It feels like it can go anywhere. Wet driving was further enhanced. The OEM tires had good traction, but wore out too quickly. Silly me bought a second set before going to Michelins. Overall, it’s a really nice SUV that’s fun to drive. It has plenty of power to haul 7 people easily or 3 people, one small dog, and everything needed for long distance traveling. It has an awesome AWD system that can get you anywhere. It helped us navigate around flooded areas on our way back home after Hurricane Irma. Where smaller vehicles couldn’t pass, we went through. The things we went through would have stranded a less capable SUV. Only thing missing really is CarPlay. We missed it my a year. Oh well.

This car is exactly what I needed for my family. It’s reliable and easy to handle on the road and has plenty of roomy to.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

Just got a Bmw 528i 2016 from this dealership, the car was purchased exactly from a month ago, its been running good and no significant problems. I would like to thanks Alex for helping me out, when i went to buy i month ago the car had a check engine light, i asked Alex about it and he agreed to get it fixed for me which took 1 week, honestly i was a little disappointed at first but i trusted it them and they got it ready for me, and they were also good with the prices and no scams as i understood it was just a dealership fee. Have a 2014 white Honda Pilot with 74k miles on it. Just giving a rundown of things that have needed to be addressed since I purchased it in Nov. 2016. I live in Fl where I've heard that the heat & humidity wreak havoc on car electronics in general. Sept. 2021 - Replaced Multiplex Control Unit (MCIU) due to a parasitic drain on the battery. Went through 2 batteries in two months because of this issue. Sept. 16, 2022 - Car battery was completely dead. Had it towed into local dealer for diagnosis. They could not find an issue with any electronics. Sept. 26, 2022 - Car battery appears to have power, but vehicle won't start after attempting to turn the ignition. Could be the starter, but won't know until it gets towed.

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Purchased used with 145,000. Threw a bunch of front end work into it, but with Alaska roads no surprise. Very comfortable, with good interior. Sure footed on ice and deep snow with Blizzak tires. Alot of power, and 20 mpg with the V6 engine. Feels like a bigger SUV than it is. Great rig over the road, easy parking when in town. Going to run this up to 300k before I am done with it.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Justin and the staff. I did not have a car to get there but seen a 07 Yukon Denali on the website with no pictures yet. I spoke to Justin and he explained they just got it in and they did not take pictures yet. Justin took pictures and videos of the whole truck. He even went under the car for video and pics of the undercarriage. I been looking for a car for a little over a month and the bait and switch the dealers did was not fair. 101 motors not only understood what I was looking for but they did not try and make me feel uncomfortable by showing me cars I could not afford. I dealt with Justin as a salesman and Joshua the manager in finance and I could not be happier with the service I received. If anyone asks me where to look for a car I will tell them to go to 101 motors because they know how to treat their customers. I cannot thank Justin and Joshua enough because the nightmare of not having a car for over a month is finally over.

This is the best car I've owned. The Touring includes a third row and backseat entertainment (dvd player). Perfect for a family. Never had a problem with it and still going strong in 2023.
