The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Service advisor Patrick came through in an emergency while we were in the area on vacation at Seneca Lake. BMW assist transported my 2023 X3 (still under warranty) after I spoke to Patrick and he said he would see what could be done for me that afternoon! Turns out the problem was relatively minor and I was on my way by 4pm. Patrick helped to support my faith in the BMW brand I have driven exclusively for 25 years! Nice work Patrick thank you!

The Transfer process was unfriendly. The vehicle I was interested in had to be released from My hold and I had to wait until it came back on the website to request s transfer.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Buying a new RAV4 was a good experience- then I found a small problem which was fixed and I was on my way. Driving the car has been enjoyable as well.

I have the TrailSport and I tow a 3000lb camper. Positives: 1. Ruggedness. I have off road tires and steel plate. I don’t plan to rock climb but camping and exploring often comes with bad roads and if your family is with you, this three row is superbly equipped and capable. 2. Comfort. The Trailsport is tuned off road but what a nice cushy ride without a lot of truck-like bounce. Potholes barely disturb it. 3. Layout. Really easy to jump in and drive away. I did not need a two-hour class at the dealership. A good blend of old and new. Not to hard to get into the menu to reset seats and few other things. 4. Towing. I towed 3000lb at 75mph with no problem. It was steady, tracked well and with the trailer brake (added on) it stopped just fine and gas mileage was great at about 13-14mpg loaded up. I was as high as 11,000 feet. It’s really a great all purpose family vehicle to tow the camper or boats. Negatives: 1. Solid black vinyl interior. You only get black and it gets hot as xxxx if it’s in the sun with a window down or door open. You cannot get ventilated seats. Honda, seriously, add another lighter color. 2. You cannot get a bench middle seat which I prefer and is in ALL the other Pilots. 3. Speed. The power is good but it’s geared for off road and towing so really it’s a neutral but it will not take off like lots of others unless you press the pedal pretty hard. It’s not lacking, just takes more pedal travel. Overall, I love it as a good value for the money, well equipped with the 360 cameras I love and tows and does dirt roads well. I would NOT get this model for soccer team suburban duty but if you do real SUV things then it’s hard to beat. I am also not afraid of future expensive repairs being a Honda with a tried and true engine.

What caught my attention was their amazing range of great cars. All or at least the cars I have viewed had great milage. When I had my personal mechanic inspect the used car that I was in the process of purchasing, I was amazed to find out that the car did not have any problems AT All! Not even any tiny problems. Ever since the first time my girlfriend and I stepped onto the lot, Oftum and Joyce have been amazing dealers, resources, and help. I honestly can say I have made friends that truly care. Such honest people as well (Oftum helped me find the cheapest APR rate for my credit score). As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealer, he helped me from the time I stepped on the lot to helping me drop off the car I purchased from the lot to my apartment (Because there were 2 vehicles and only 1 me.) Never thought I would have such a great car purchase experience as a first time buyer. I thought dealers were nothing but scam artists but not them, they truly care. Went to BJ MAZDA dealership interested in a used CX-30. Salesman didn't seem to interested in helping me out. We were looking for a mid-size SUV because getting in and out of my 2014 Honda Accord was getting a little difficult. We found this Pilot Elite and got a good deal, and the car is hitting on all cylinders. Yes, we will get lower gas mileage, but the more comfortable ride and higher seating position are worth it.
