Despite various snags due to semiconductors and to a windshield broken during transit, Jim and the folks of Valenti ultimately offered a fair deal at list price on a great new vehicle. Jim also walked me through all of the car's unique features upon delivery, linked my phone for me, programmed my keyless entry passcode, and set up my FordPass. My only recommendation: initiate communications with customers like me who face long waits due to supply chain issues. A little initiative, information and reassurance can go a long way!

I had brought my vehicle in for service and ended up getting a call from kayla before I came in telling me about the pull ahead program so i entertained the idea and went over to sales to look at a new elantra where I was met by pete. Overall, a good honest dealership. I had a predefined monthly spending limit and Josh worked his magic and got me the monthly payment to meet that number. His can-do attitude made this deal happen and got us the car. The finance manager Alex was also a pleasure to work with and made our car buying experience much less painful that I have experienced in past years with other dealers. There is no pressure from the sales team to buy and were up front with everything. No hidden agenda. I would recommend buying new or used vehicles from this dealer without hesitation and for that I’m giving them 5 out of 5 stars.
