I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

This is the second used car we have purchased here. We like that they post a link to the carfax on their website. That allows us to research the cars we are interested in before going for a test-drive. These are not auction cars but decent trade-in cars. The buying process is straight forward. They performed a safety check, changed the oil and gave us new brakes all around. We will be back when we need another!

I bought my 2014 Pilot Touring 4x4 used 4 years ago with 67k miles on her. We're at 150k now still going strong other than tires and routine maintenance no issues at all. She handles great on all terrain and in all weather, shes big enough to haul the family around town, move across the country in comfort or a weekend at the lake and you'd never know there was a trailer or a boat behind you. They did lose a star on the exterior for the paint peel on the roof above the windshield as others have mentioned.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

This vehicle meets all my expectations and needs. I love it so far it drives well. Only been driving it today day 1. I love it 3RD ROW SEATING AND 7 SPEAKERS TOO

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Found the specific, rare car for which i was searching. It was at Blasius pre owned. I had never heard of them so I took the trip from NY to see the car. After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

My only issue has been the HondaLInk. Haven't been able to install and its been almost a month. Very comfortable ride and very powerful. Got a Elite Black Edition

My wife and I recently purchased a used car for our son from Liberty Honda. After we bought the car, we discovered that the radio and Bluetooth did not work. We contacted the dealership and they were amazing at helping us get the problem fixed. They assured us that they would cover the cost of the repair and they were good to their word. While they couldn’t repair it themselves, once we submitted the bill, they paid it immediately. Amazing customer service and most importantly, they showed integrity and stood behind the car that they sold us.

My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

Was looking to replace my 2007 Ford Escape. Liked the looks of both the Nissan Rouge, and the Mazda CX-5. Had checked out a Rouge, but wasn't sure on it, then while at work I was checking out local dealers and Schaller Honda popped up. They had a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with about 80,000 miles on it. Went over at lunch time met with Xhoel Lolocaj he showed me the Mazda CX-5, took me out for a test drive, came back and then we started on the paperwork. Xhoel had just started working there the week before, but he was very professional in all of the steps of the process. After Xhoel helped me, he brought me over to finance where Frank Williams helped me complete my purchase of my new car, I had a bunch of work on my end to get money, checks and deposits figured out. Both Xhoel and Frank were vey helpful and patient while I made things on my end work out.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

It was very easy with them. I bought a Ford transit 250 from them, and when I saw that my odometer was not working, they quickly repaired it. Thank you.

The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

I highly recommend purchasing a car and/or having it serviced at Acura of Berlin. I’ve purchased several cars from this dealership and each time I’ve felt that they’ve worked hard to find the right vehicle for me at a price that fit into my budget! I love the no hassle experience!
