I want to take this time to comment on my experience with Crown Honda Service dept advisor, Damir Mujic. His knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism was extremely satisfying to me. He was able to explain in detail what work I had done to my car when I took it in for my oil change and tire rotation. Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. i scheduled my vehicle to have two recalls taken care of and also to make a repair to my infotainment system...It was easy to schedule and I got an immediate appointment...when I arrived the porter immediately filled out the necessary paperwork and took my vehicle...I next went to my service advisor, Fred Palumbo, and he took it from there...he completely took care of my problems...ordered a ride home for me...kept me apprised of what was going on...notified me when the work was complete, and ordered a return ride to the dealership for me...thanks to Fred Palumbo, this was the most seamless and pleasant experience I've ever had with Crown Honda!!
