Always a pleasure to deal with the service department at Herb Chambers. Brought the car in for a regular oil change at 12:30 pm and was out by 1:45. Tim was my contact and he ensured that my service contract was used. No charges.

Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

I could tell from walking in this is a place where people are treated right. As a single older woman who had not bought a vehicle on my own since the mid-1970s(!), I was nervous approaching this whole process, especially in the COVID-19 era, when I didn't feel I could impose upon a friend to go with me. Silko Honda--and Heath, the salesman I dealt with, made the buying and financing process painless, and I could not be happier, either with the experience or with my luxurious new Ridgeline. Heath was very pleasant, even after the deal was sealed, responding immediately to numerous texts. I would have no hesitation recommending this place to friends.

I recently purchased a 2025 Ridgeline after a very bad experience with Ram. It rides better and quieter than any truck I have ever owned. Only wish I had not waited so long to take the plunge.

Picked it up from the dealer, Richfield Bloomington Honda, installed tonneau cover and drove it to Florida residence. Great ride with a full box! Have not had it a month yet. So far, so good!

Just recently purchased a used vehicle here and I can not say enough great things about my experience. My wife and I worked with Jason and he was tremendous. Usually, the car buying expensive is painful but I was quite impressed with Silko. They really provided great customer service and made us feel like valued customers. These are hard qualities to find in a car dealership. Can not recommend to check them out enough to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. This is my go to when I need a vehicle which is not very often but also for service.

This place is the best. I first started off by meeting Junior who was able to have Carly help me with my car. Carly was so very helpful and didnt feel like he pressured me. I fell in love with the 2023 Honda Pilot TrailSport as i seen it almost 2 months ago at another location but it was a model. But unfortunately that place and every other Honda place couldn't get me this vehicle until July, which was very disappointing. I gave up and 2 weeks ago I wet to Toyota to get me a highlander. I was told about this location and called them up and said they had one coming May 30 which I was unsure and it was too good to be true. Saturday 5/13 I went and Carly and Junior they both were so fantastic and amazing. I finally met Sam the financial advisor who was also amazing. Today (5/15) my mother and I went to finalize paper work today and he made it a smooth process. This is by far my best car buying experience. I went in there for the first time at a very late hour (almost closing time), but Mark Arnold was very accommodating to go with and test drive 2013 Honda Pilot (the one I ended up purchasing). All the skepticism and I had about dealership and salesmen and their bad reputation prior to the visit is immediately GONE! I will definitely recommend it to anyone. Recently my wife and I visited Hyannis Honda. When we first arrived we were unsure if purchasing a vehicle was the right move, given our current financial situation. We were greeted by Mike Richards, a member of the sales team. From start to finish, Mike provided a friendly, hassle-free car buying experience. I also would like to mention that one of our interactions with Mike was while he was on his drive home, after working a full day. Once Mike learned that Carrie and I had availability that evening to accomplish some paperwork, he turned around and went directly back to the dealership and stayed several hours beyond his scheduled shift. Mike worked very hard to make sure the price of the vehicle, and the value of our trade in, met our specific needs. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Honda CRV and are very happy with the vehicle. A very big thank you to Mike Richards & the entire staff at Hyannis Honda!

When I think of car purchases I think of not so happy times. Typically I go from buying a car to being sold one. But not this time. Our salesman Jake Roberts actually listened to what we did, and did not want. There was no pressure to change our our original wants just to get a good deal,in fact he worked with us to find what we were looking for, at a great price. I can't say enough about our experience with Jake and the dealership in general.

I have purchased several cars from Colonial Honda and every time I have dealt with Brady Hill and Waleed Shah. These are my go to guys whether Im buying or my family and friends. No high pressure sales tactics, the best customer service and always the best price.

The process of finding and deciding to buy the vehicle was good. The salesman was great. Working for us through the whole process. Our issue was with the finance woman. Rushed through the whole process with little explanation. After leaving the dealership and going through the paper work line by line we discovered the following. There were math errors (figures off by $2000, she charged us for maintenance plans we said we didn’t want, had the amount we were financing wrong by +$4000!! We went back immediately to get all the mistakes rectified and only got double talk for excuses. I have never had this happen before while purchasing any other car. Buyer beware of the finance process!
