We visited a dozen dealerships looking for the right car and right deal. Motorwerks had the inventory, reasonable pricing and the most consultative, informative salesperson we encountered. So we bought from Motorwerks.

I was looking at a low mileage used KIA Sportage. I called in at night on a Tuesday and spoke to the internet manager Joe who was extremely helpful and answered my questions regarding the vehicle. He even was able to speak with me on his day off to confirm that the car was still there and assisted me in getting a one way rental car to get there. I may have been a pest because I was calling daily to make sure the vehicle didnt sell. Everyone in the internet department from Joe and the sales fella David were amazing and made the drive from Ohio well worth it. My granddaughter loves her new car. I would highly recommend the McGrath Honda Team no matter what state I am in.

Edit to prior review: We had an issue with a used CRV we bought there after a few days and had to bring it back but they did end up fixing it for us.

My salesperson Davi was very knowledgeable and he helped to guide me through my car buying experience. He answered all my questions and eased my concerns. We got the Honda Accord. Ken, the Sales Consultant knows his field. It’s just frustrating because there’s a long wait for the financing office. We stayed 5 hours in the dealership & it’s mostly waiting for the financial office to process our papers.

Amazing facility, wonderful sales (Cristian) and finance (Luis), and customer relations (Kevin) people. They made buying a new Ridgeline Trailsport a great experience. My significant other bought a CRV here in the same timeframe.

I had an Extremely satisfying experience. Facility was very clean and staff was very humble and supportive. Waiting area was also clean and refreshments were provided.
