I was having issues with my suv called on Friday and Chris who I always deal with made sure my car was repaired the very next day. No needing to miss work or anything. He was on it asap!!! I was looking for a small SUV. I really liked my salesperson, Julie Bialas. She was knowledgeable, patient, organized, kind, and sincere. I felt that she wanted to help me get the right car for my needs and her motivation was not just to make a sale. She seemed to love the HRV and I did too but in the end I had to choose a smaller car. Perhaps next time I purchase a car I will be comfortable driving something bigger, or maybe Honda will make a smaller SUV. In any case , I will look for Julie to guide me to my next purchase. In the great pushing pole of “good Fast in cheap, pick any two”, curry Honda of Chicopee is fast and good. Their work is always quality, the car is always done when they say it’s going to be done, the staff is friendly, attentive, and very good at addressing concerns. They have thought outside the box for me to get repairs done in an unexpectedly delightful way. I would recommend them highly for any Honda owner. They don’t upsell, and they know your vehicle.
