They are good honest people over there at Auburn Honda. I flew out from New Mexico to buy a used car sight unseen and they represented it honestly as it was just as they had stated it to be. The salesman Todd was helpful in everyway to make the sale a smooth transition coming from out of state and Ty made the final closing with all the paperwork transaction seamless. *NOTE* Have a general idea and do your research before stepping on to ANY car lot - that way you are not wasting YOUR time, nor that of the sales staff. If you require financing, get pre-approved BEFORE venturing out there. I have seen too many reviews where the sales rep gets a bad rap for putting somebody in a car that they do not want. It's not necessarily the fault of the salesman; it takes two to make a transaction. Again, research the cars FIRST (carfax is just a click away...) and research the dealership. Knowledge is power, and with such a large purchase, why would you NOT do the proper research? Additionally, expect the transaction to take some time. We're not buying a dozen eggs here! Consumers need to understand that there is a bit of research and document preparation, that takes place on the dealer's end as well: release of liability, proof of insurance, and other compliance regulations required -by the state- from the dealer, to remain in business! Coming from out of state (Reno, NV), I knew what I wanted before making the trek to University Honda. I found the car through cars.com, and researched the lineage (go carfax!). I knew the Kelly Blue Book value of both the pending purchase AND my trade in, and contacted the dealer to arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival, Fred Walker had the car ready and waiting for us. He and the rest of the University Honda team were professional, pleasant , and accommodating. What more could we want? Fred is a hilarious conversationalist, and will make anyone's shopping experience a joy. Will I return for another? Only if Fred and Rudy are available! Thanks Guys! Judy, the Sales Associate, was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She made me feel comfortable and clearly explained many of the car's features. She worked with us from the time we arrived until the car detailing was completed. The car checked all the boxes that I was looking for and I feel it was a good deal.

Very thorough servicing of my car & ?cars health findings video? afterwards was very informative. Service rep was very helpful. I did NOT care for the Ai partnered booking an appointment, which later got cancelled & service rep said it was NOT him who did it!

Came in for an oil change. Service was fast and welcoming. No pressure sales when coming in for service. The service department is on your side when addressing your concerns with your vehicle.
