We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. No question was off limits to him nor did he hassle or push me to purchase the car on the spot. I had plans to visit other car dealerships in the area and Ahnaf graciously said he knew I’d return. A few other visits to nearby dealerships and test driving other cars, I returned to Hillside Honda to purchase my car. The day of my purchase, I had a few personal snags but Ahnaf patiently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my issues were resolved.
