There was a slight issue regarding the final purchase paperwork, but Richard was instrumental in correcting the error to my complete satisfaction. I bought my last vehicle from them and it was a easy experience. They didn't play dealer games and I felt they were no were honest and up front. I didn't end up buying this time because I decided to hang on to my car longer but they were very cool about it. Will definitely buy there in the future.
