I was nervous about being scammed because I don’t know much about cars, but I never felt like that at all. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and helped us to get a great deal on the car. Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. My dad said this was the easiest car buying experience he had, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I agree! They found it and returned it to me While waiting I toured their facility. Had a B16 code come up on my 2024 CR-V Hybrid maintenance display. Oil change and differential fluid change was required. Made an appointment with Service Advisor Aiden Lindsey. Aiden detailed what I needed for this visit and meet with me about all that was needed including the cost. I was given a 10% discount to honor my veterans status. Was a pleasant experience.
