I bought a new 2017 CR-V at Lee Auburn and was introduced to Chris Dowling in the service department. We put 150,000 miles on the car. From warranty service, needing tires, regular oil changes, a dead battery Chris was always there to help me. When it came time to buy a 2024 CR-V there were not that many available. So we ended up buying one in NH. It didn’t take long for me to visit Lee and chat with Chris. He assured me the Lee would be there for me even though we purchased the car elsewhere. I was not surprised to find out that Chris has been promoted. The good news is that the service department staff are still there for me. We now have 40,000 miles on the car and I will continue trust Lee to keep my CR-V top notch running condition.

When we went there to shop, three of the four vehicles that we wanted to see were unavailable. Two of them were being repaired. I would rather hear that a vehicle needs repair and that there were doing it than hear a story about why I should come back later.
