Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

My wheel lock was missing from my car, and they were going to call the Lexus dealership to get a replacement. I asked them to first look among ones that they probably had that were collecting dust. Jason searched and found the correct one! I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait and come back. He was also very personable and pleasant.

I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

Great “SUT” (sports utility truck). This vehicle will last you well past the 250,000 mile mark. I wish Honda would level it from production and get away from that rake look. This vehicle was not designed to keep up with the likes of 4Runners, Tacoma’s or the GMC midsize trucks. It’s a Honda with a Honda twist to be different. Once they make this vehicle leveled from the factory with at least 8 1/2 inches of ground clearance, this vehicle will need very little mods if any. P.S. Honda start making timing chain V6 engines and ditch the timing belt… our (consumer) cost will drop dramatically after 100K.

Love the Ridgeline. Had a 2017 and upgraded to the 2021. Only issue in my 2021 is the front seats. The back rests are creaky. I think Honda could have made a more sturdy seat for the price.

He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

Bought our 2022 Passport at Boch Honda West and felt no pressure from Mike or Rich during the process. Service over the past year has been seamless and stress free. Very accommodating when a timely recall was needed. Supplied a rental without issue.

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

Fast, friendly and overall wonderful service visit. From the Greater who dropps off the floor mat, key tag and number, to the Service writer and even to one of the salespersons. All very friendly and a pleasure interacting with. Full disclaimer; this service was 100% complementary and I do not know what the total cost would have been. So I can not comment on if the service was worth the price.

My 5th Ridgeline. 2008-2025. Does everything I need from a truck as an owner of a small home. 24MPG highway and 19 around town. Never even had a check engine light come on with any of my five. MUCH roomier than Taco, Frontier, Ranger or Colorado. Wider and absolutely NO CONTEST for back seat room. The only true mid-size suitable for a growing family.

Recently purchased a used 2019 RTL-T model. First impressions are rides like a high-end car, with the functionality of a truck: very impressed. I bought it for everyday use (I'm retired, play golf) and the occasional use for hauling lumber for home projects. The interior is a-plus, except for the minor un-functionality of the infotainment system: no mute button for audio system on steering wheel or on display, must go through a menu to get to active music screen and USB cable tether for Android Auto instead of wireless. Otherwise, excellent! Ride is superior to any other midsize truck, interior is attractive and spacious; leather seats are just a little firm (less so than a Cadillac which I feel are unreasonably firm!!!). Power train is very responsive and lite on fuel as compared to a full size truck. With Honda reliability and car/truck versatility, I do not know how I have lived without it for all these years!

This is the 3rd vehicle both new and used that I have purchased from Portsmouth Ford and the used car center. Each time it has been transparent, quick and fair. I will continue to tell my circle about this dealership and will always come back for the next one. Thanks Dave, you knocked it out of the park!

The 2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E has performed up to my expectations! The ride is smooth, the engine performance is everything that I expected, the transmission shifts without notice, the interior is extremely nice and the truck bed is great!

Bought my RTL-T model new in 19. Smooth, very comfy. MPG averages 23 with highs of 29 on long trips. The T model is near the top. Negatives are slight wind noise above 60 mph with no air coming in. Confounding. I replaced the poor armrests with aftermarket. No volume knob but it was added in 2020. No mirror defroster is baffling. Navigation, and whole info system takes time to learn. 3 recalls already all fixed by dealer. Hood latch, fuel pump, and rear camera. I overall it runs perfect. Honda engine and tranny warranty is lifetime. Looking back the only other PU i would have co sidered is the Ford Ranger. But Honda quality will last me many years.

I have gone to Dawn Jellow at Tulley for years, and she IS the best. She is no xx, and has always worked within my limited budget. She makes car buying easy, and if you've bought cars in your past, you know that almost never happens. No runaround, no strategy to maximize their profits at your expense. Just honest numbers with a warm and friendly heart. Just got an end-of-the-month deal with her and Noah that I never thought possible. I wasn't even car shopping!! And this is not the first time this has happened... it's like the 8th. Go to this dealership if you want a pre-owned BMW. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Seriously. Most comfortable pickup I have owned(extensive spine injury).hate the auto stop feature…the electronics are the worst.very difficult to sync a phone. Great mileage. I Plan on keeping this truck a very long time.also required maint.is a disappointment..never had to change diff and trans fluid in any of my previous trucks

Love everything about this truck except the radio and android auto I have the RTL HPD version with the radio that requires smart phone interface for maps etc. It is very complicated interface and dissapointing. RTL E has built in navigation and superior radio. I like everything else.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

Traded a 2008 Tundra with a 5.7 liter engine. I purchased a 2019 Ridgeline new. Really impressed with the mpg. Comfortable seats. Not really impressed with quality when closing the doors, but it a truck. Presently have 41,000 miles, no issues. The info center is starting to act weird. I do not like the shifter, you need to be careful putting it in Drive, a number of time I had put it in low, not good. Seems like they could put a lockout button that would prevent this issue. Overall I am pleased with the Ridgeline.

Excellent and very safe truck to drive daily. Gets 20.5-21 MPG on the highway and 17 in town. Great design but could use a bit more horsepower and torque.

This is my 3rd Ridgeline, a white/black edition. I am a commited Ridgline fan-boy. While not as robust as some larger "work" trucks, this is the perfect gentlemans truck Two biggest benefits are: reliability and superior gas mileage above all others in it's class

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2025 Honda Civic from Nucar, after a few mishaps and misunderstandings with the online team Dave Belanger and the Manager stepped in to make everything right. In retirement, we wanted to get to being a one-car couple. The Ridgeline has been perfect. Rides like a car with great features and still allows you to haul large or bulky items in the bed and tow (we've done both). The dual swing tailgate is great and we use the trunk all the time. Just been a great all in one vehicle.

Pros: This the best pickup for an average pickup truck owner. I have no plans on towing anything and the truck drives very good. The Ridgeline interior is quiet and spacious, is an excellent highway cruiser, has very good sight lines, excellent seat comfort, nice storage spaces in the cab and truck bed, and is well made with a solid structure. The interior materials are made up of quality pieces. Fits my garage. The Honda engineering is so good that I can overlook or accept the minuses. Cons: The Ridgeline is missing some features and the tech needs updating. I am happy with my truck. My Honda dealership made my purchase transaction very simple.

Perfect service, easy to make an appointment, fast and high qualify repair. Very well organized. Better than in any other dealership. I always bring my car there even though it is farther from my home then other Subaru dealerships

What a great mid-size truck. Easy to drive and park; ride comfort better than some cars; great on gas (overall 24 mpg); hauls everything I need to haul. Seats, both front and rear, are very comfortable. Recommend this truck.
