I drove from Philadelphia to see a Toyota Venza which I had been shopping around for quite some time now. 2 Manny's Auto Sales was on my list of places to hit. I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

Exceptional experience when we got our 2024 Nautilus from WP Lincoln Nautilus recently. I think it’s the first time in 40 years of car purchases from dealers that we actually enjoyed the experience. Great “SUT” (sports utility truck). This vehicle will last you well past the 250,000 mile mark. I wish Honda would level it from production and get away from that rake look. This vehicle was not designed to keep up with the likes of 4Runners, Tacoma’s or the GMC midsize trucks. It’s a Honda with a Honda twist to be different. Once they make this vehicle leveled from the factory with at least 8 1/2 inches of ground clearance, this vehicle will need very little mods if any. P.S. Honda start making timing chain V6 engines and ditch the timing belt… our (consumer) cost will drop dramatically after 100K.

I just purchased a 2003 Mercedes SL 500 from Jordan. He was very honest and straightfoward and there was no haggling on price. I asked about having the vehicle inspected and they transported it a mercedes specialist shop. There were repairs that shop said needed and they paid to have the repairs done. No argument . I leased my Ridgeline in January 2017 and bought it out of its lease at the end of 2019. I love that it's quiet, smooth, and drives more like a car or luxury SUV than a truck. The interior is sleek and I really like the in-bed trunk. I drive mostly highway miles and get ~24 mpg. It's closer to 25+ in the summer and 22 in the winter. It always shifted strangely and in 2021 (at 140,000 miles), it seized up and I brought it in for a diagnosis. They said my catalytic converters were fried, which was a $5,000 fix. Earlier that year, it had some fuel injector issues that were covered by recall. Asking the mechanic, he thought the fuel injector issue may have caused the catalytic converter damage. The next summer (at 180,000 miles), the same seize-up issue happened, so we replaced the transmission, which has fixed the issue. It shifts better now than it ever has. Luckily, my dealer was good to work with and did it at cost. I have only towed on two or three occasions, so I was surprised by the transmission issues. Overall, I have been satisfied with the vehicle and would buy another Ridgeline. It's big enough to tow the few small things I need to, the interior is comfortable and quiet, smooth driving, and I have been able to achieve the posted fuel economy (18/25).

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

This is my 3rd Ridgeline, a white/black edition. I am a commited Ridgline fan-boy. While not as robust as some larger "work" trucks, this is the perfect gentlemans truck Two biggest benefits are: reliability and superior gas mileage above all others in it's class

Purchase the Ridgeline used. I like the way it drives and handles. Used through several home renovations handled loads fine. One major problem with all Ridgeline roof racks they leak all four stanchions in the car show leakage Honda refuses to admit it's their problem

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

Recently purchased a used 2019 RTL-T model. First impressions are rides like a high-end car, with the functionality of a truck: very impressed. I bought it for everyday use (I'm retired, play golf) and the occasional use for hauling lumber for home projects. The interior is a-plus, except for the minor un-functionality of the infotainment system: no mute button for audio system on steering wheel or on display, must go through a menu to get to active music screen and USB cable tether for Android Auto instead of wireless. Otherwise, excellent! Ride is superior to any other midsize truck, interior is attractive and spacious; leather seats are just a little firm (less so than a Cadillac which I feel are unreasonably firm!!!). Power train is very responsive and lite on fuel as compared to a full size truck. With Honda reliability and car/truck versatility, I do not know how I have lived without it for all these years!

Great car. In fact, I would treat it like a new gadget. Using the autopilot is a real thrill.

Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

The 2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E has performed up to my expectations! The ride is smooth, the engine performance is everything that I expected, the transmission shifts without notice, the interior is extremely nice and the truck bed is great!

They were absolutely amazing. Got my dream car for the best price by far. I went to NJ and CT and they beat every price!! No wonder they were packed. My salesmen Daout was great and the female manager was so polite and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way!!

I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

My 5th Ridgeline. 2008-2025. Does everything I need from a truck as an owner of a small home. 24MPG highway and 19 around town. Never even had a check engine light come on with any of my five. MUCH roomier than Taco, Frontier, Ranger or Colorado. Wider and absolutely NO CONTEST for back seat room. The only true mid-size suitable for a growing family.

I worked with Ron Terry who helped me lease a new Honda Civic lease and return my old Honda Civic lease. Ron listened to what I was looking for and the deal numbers that he presented to me during our second meeting held up, did not change, throughout the sales process. He meant what he said and did what he said. As we were finalizing the deal and ran into some issues with the financing he quickly adjusted the deal so we could finalize it and the final deal actually came out slightly better, not worse that what we had discussed. I could drove out of the lot after a couple of hours and leave the old lease with Ron. He even helped me charge my iPhone in the middle of it all. Ron is highly recommended and I will for sure contact him again the next time I need to get or trade in for a new car.

Have owned for a month. Wanted one for about three years, finally bought a new ‘24 RTL @discount. Extremely good ride, solid on the road, easy to drive, excellent visibility. Most comfortable vehicle seats we’ve ever sat in, great lumbar and general support. Tailgate and bed are super functional. It’s a Honda with proven reliability, we expect to run it for years of great drives.

Love the Ridgeline. Had a 2017 and upgraded to the 2021. Only issue in my 2021 is the front seats. The back rests are creaky. I think Honda could have made a more sturdy seat for the price.

My experience today 9/28/24 was amazing our Sales Consultant Beli Cecunjanin was so informative gave us options explained everything in detail and then some . I most definitely will be coming back for a second vehicle . He deserves more than 5 stars let's make it a 10.

Love everything about this truck except the radio and android auto I have the RTL HPD version with the radio that requires smart phone interface for maps etc. It is very complicated interface and dissapointing. RTL E has built in navigation and superior radio. I like everything else.

Pros: This the best pickup for an average pickup truck owner. I have no plans on towing anything and the truck drives very good. The Ridgeline interior is quiet and spacious, is an excellent highway cruiser, has very good sight lines, excellent seat comfort, nice storage spaces in the cab and truck bed, and is well made with a solid structure. The interior materials are made up of quality pieces. Fits my garage. The Honda engineering is so good that I can overlook or accept the minuses. Cons: The Ridgeline is missing some features and the tech needs updating. I am happy with my truck. My Honda dealership made my purchase transaction very simple.

I bought my 2025 Ridgeline black edition 4 days ago and am amazed at how good of a vehicle it is. It does everything I want a truck to do from hauling 2 recliners in the bed, getting bags of mulch, and cruising around town running errands. Plus the tow package is really handy if I want to pull a uhaul trailer in the future as I tend to rent them a couple times a year for different projects. I drove a 2005 tundra for 17 years, a 1998 Tacoma for 3 years, and a mazda B2300, and I liked them all but the ridgeline is far and away the nicest, smoothest driving, most comfortable and feature laden truck I have ever owned. The only negative I can think of is that I wish the bed was 6 feet long like the Tacoma long-beds. I liked the 6' bed on my Tundra but I knew the bed length when I bought the truck so I can't fault Honda for it. The trunk under the bed and 2-way tailgate MORE than make up for the missing 8" of bed length.

I am now getting a Keyless Start system error. I never receive a recall letter. I talked to a mechanic and he said that they have issues with this problem, not all 2017 ridgeline. I hope to find an honest dealership that tells me if there is a recall for this problem and does not cost me hundreds of dollars.
