I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

Visited Grieco Honda, Johnston,RI, on Fri. Mar.28, just to begin looking for a new vehicle. Didn’t plan to drive off the lot that day with a new vehicle, because “just looking “. He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

It’s everything they advertised. Safety features, ride quality, I especially like my gps. Have not had any complaints about my Ridgeline and I ll buy another.

Jarid was very straight forward. Easy to work with and gave us many options to choose from. He was patient and helped make the best decision for our family.

Rides like a car. Functions like a pickup. Has good safety features. Gets good mileage. The only short coming in my opinion is a lack of a V8 engine.

Most of my dealings were with Chan. He kept me updated throughout the process without putting any pressure on me to buy or not to buy. I finally did purchase a2020 Fiat 124 spider Abarth. The car is everything Chan said it was. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I like my ridge line it Preformance is excellent I have plenty of room inside and I also haul my Forman ATV in the bed.

Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

My 5th Ridgeline. 2008-2025. Does everything I need from a truck as an owner of a small home. 24MPG highway and 19 around town. Never even had a check engine light come on with any of my five. MUCH roomier than Taco, Frontier, Ranger or Colorado. Wider and absolutely NO CONTEST for back seat room. The only true mid-size suitable for a growing family.

Wesley was very professional didn’t question my offer brought it right to sales manager. Negotiation was smooth in the end I paid what I thought was a fair price and got a powertrain warranty thrown in. They delivered car promptly inspected and filled gas tank. Recently purchased a used 2019 RTL-T model. First impressions are rides like a high-end car, with the functionality of a truck: very impressed. I bought it for everyday use (I'm retired, play golf) and the occasional use for hauling lumber for home projects. The interior is a-plus, except for the minor un-functionality of the infotainment system: no mute button for audio system on steering wheel or on display, must go through a menu to get to active music screen and USB cable tether for Android Auto instead of wireless. Otherwise, excellent! Ride is superior to any other midsize truck, interior is attractive and spacious; leather seats are just a little firm (less so than a Cadillac which I feel are unreasonably firm!!!). Power train is very responsive and lite on fuel as compared to a full size truck. With Honda reliability and car/truck versatility, I do not know how I have lived without it for all these years!

Purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Imperial was so easy. They are only 10 minutes from my house and had at least a dozen Cherokee L's for me to look at. The 2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E has performed up to my expectations! The ride is smooth, the engine performance is everything that I expected, the transmission shifts without notice, the interior is extremely nice and the truck bed is great!

In retirement, we wanted to get to being a one-car couple. The Ridgeline has been perfect. Rides like a car with great features and still allows you to haul large or bulky items in the bed and tow (we've done both). The dual swing tailgate is great and we use the trunk all the time. Just been a great all in one vehicle.

Stopped by the dealership and asked if they could do an inspection...I didn't have an appointment. Senior Service Advisor Tim Islip was wonderful! I traded in my 2020 Ridgeline RTL-E for a 2022 Black Edition Ridgeline. Love the additional features, and the fact that they put a volume knob back on the infotainment system. Comfortable ride, love the tailgate and the in bed audio system which just blows people away! Also love the two way tailgate and the trunk in the bed.

I have been with Honda in Seekonk since 2011 leasing vehicles in 2016 I purchased a gorgeous 2016 Honda HRV service was excellent until I brought my car in for an oil change and pointed out peeling paint around my windows . The dealership said oh didn’t you get a letter warning you about this I said I didn’t they said the letter was issued in 2019. I said I have been here many times since 2019 my salesman always came over to say hello never never never mentioned anything about this defect nor any technician. It was like I got a secret. Needless to say now they wanted to charge me for the paint job and the salesman was actually trying to sell me a new car. My car is a 2016 and only has 34,000 miles on it. It’s prestige on the inside but on the out side it looks like a piece of junk. All the times I was there they never mentioned anything to me as I said when it was too late they treated me terrible.They had a real good laugh. They are great at KEEPING SECRETS but want your money.

Love everything about this truck except the radio and android auto I have the RTL HPD version with the radio that requires smart phone interface for maps etc. It is very complicated interface and dissapointing. RTL E has built in navigation and superior radio. I like everything else.

I bought my 2025 Ridgeline black edition 4 days ago and am amazed at how good of a vehicle it is. It does everything I want a truck to do from hauling 2 recliners in the bed, getting bags of mulch, and cruising around town running errands. Plus the tow package is really handy if I want to pull a uhaul trailer in the future as I tend to rent them a couple times a year for different projects. I drove a 2005 tundra for 17 years, a 1998 Tacoma for 3 years, and a mazda B2300, and I liked them all but the ridgeline is far and away the nicest, smoothest driving, most comfortable and feature laden truck I have ever owned. The only negative I can think of is that I wish the bed was 6 feet long like the Tacoma long-beds. I liked the 6' bed on my Tundra but I knew the bed length when I bought the truck so I can't fault Honda for it. The trunk under the bed and 2-way tailgate MORE than make up for the missing 8" of bed length.

Pros: This the best pickup for an average pickup truck owner. I have no plans on towing anything and the truck drives very good. The Ridgeline interior is quiet and spacious, is an excellent highway cruiser, has very good sight lines, excellent seat comfort, nice storage spaces in the cab and truck bed, and is well made with a solid structure. The interior materials are made up of quality pieces. Fits my garage. The Honda engineering is so good that I can overlook or accept the minuses. Cons: The Ridgeline is missing some features and the tech needs updating. I am happy with my truck. My Honda dealership made my purchase transaction very simple.

Excellent and very safe truck to drive daily. Gets 20.5-21 MPG on the highway and 17 in town. Great design but could use a bit more horsepower and torque.
