I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

The facilities were clean. The customers service was excellent. The buying process was quick and easy. Overall I would use them again in a heart beat!!

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

The Duo I spoke with over the phone was very kind and listen to what I had to say unfortunately he did not have the vehicle I was interested in nor could he help me with any other vehicle I think him for time I'm on a strict budget and I could not afford any of the other trucks.

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

Peter Christensen has just sold me my third BMW. He actually came with the new car to my office and picked up my old car so I did not have to go over to Augusta, I live in aiken. Taylor BMW is definitely my family's go to car dealership, and have made us BMW drivers for life. Peter was incredibly helpful, intuitive, and patient and for that I am extremely grateful. Great “SUT” (sports utility truck). This vehicle will last you well past the 250,000 mile mark. I wish Honda would level it from production and get away from that rake look. This vehicle was not designed to keep up with the likes of 4Runners, Tacoma’s or the GMC midsize trucks. It’s a Honda with a Honda twist to be different. Once they make this vehicle leveled from the factory with at least 8 1/2 inches of ground clearance, this vehicle will need very little mods if any. P.S. Honda start making timing chain V6 engines and ditch the timing belt… our (consumer) cost will drop dramatically after 100K.

Kevin is a great guy to buy a car from. This is a family owned business that specializes in quality, low millage vehicles that look spotless and run great. He was extremely honest and upfront about any issues that he knew about with his cars (there weren't many), and he made the car buying experience easy. We ended up buying a 2003 Nissan Sentra with only 30k miles, and the car looks great and runs well. I would definitely go back to him again when I am looking for another car, and would recommend him to anyone.

Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.

despite numerous quality & reliability issues ( 2016 thru 2021 ) > many will never be resolved by Honda as Honda accepts no responsibility nor concern about problems > including mechanical & in-vehicle entertainment systems, Honda still retains value.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

OVERVIEW: Found this used 2019 Pilot Touring with AWD, and 8 Passenger seating. It was in great condition. Exterior and interior colors were exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with aobut 74,500 miles on it, newish tires, roof rack rails (great for mounting a backback). Clean carfax. Overall, I'm super glad we got it. We hope we get 200k miles or more out of this Pilot just like we got on the old one The drivetrain is smooth and provides enough power to move us when all 8 seats are used. Lots of comfort and tech features came with this one. DRIVING: Very smooth transmission shifts. No gear hunting issues with the transmission like those reported on the earlier models, especially on the 2016. Feels more luxurious than sport which for us and the family, it's great. Plenty of power for a family hauler. You can use the paddle shifters in Sport mode. 4 AWD drive modes - Normal, Snow, Mud, and Sand. COMFORT: It's super quiet inside compared to the 2011 model. Not as much road or wind noise like our old Pilot. The steering and suspension handles the road nicely, especially on our crappy California pothole-filled roadways. Lots of room. Nice leather seating with ample leg room. Feels a little bigger than our 2011 Pilot. Kids confirmed it feels a little bigger. Front and middle row heated seats are great! Adjustable armrests for front driver and passenger give good support. Plenty of leg room in 2nd row. Small adults and large kids in the 3rd row will be fine. Feels roomier than the 2011. Lots of cup holders. Seats are easy to move and adjust. Single push buttons to move the middle seats forward to get in and out of the 3rd row seats! Easy to flatten them as well to give you room to haul stuff. Rear door sunshades are included in this trim as well. Sunroof with tilt comes with this model, too. Entertainment and Technology: The entertainment system is really nice. 8in touch screen with Apple CarPlay (Android Auto as well) is excellent. Love how GPS displays on the screen while having the ability to have other apps open on the phone. 10 Speakers sound great. The multiple information dashboard can be customized. Looks sleek. The screen is big, bright, colorful and I set mine to show the tripometer information - miles driven, MPG, and range. You have other options - Nav, AWD torque distribution, entertainment info, etc. Outside temp, ECON mode, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keep Assist System, safety systems, and other indicators are on-screen. Rear entertainment system has yet to be tested but it can play Blu-Ray discs and has an HDMI port and AC plug for another input source. Comes with 2 wireless headsets and a remote control as well. So far, we found 4 USB charging ports. There are lighter ports available as well in case you need more power. Can't wait to figure out CabinTalk when we go on a road trip. You can communicate both ways with the rear passengers using the internal mics, speakers, and Rear entertainment headsets. The motorized rear tailgate with hands-free kick motion open and close is nice to have as well. Keyless entry system with auto-unlock and walkaway auto-locking features are included as well. Remote start is also included with the Touring trim. Safety: Bright LED headlights and well-designed daytime running lights. Auto high-beam LED headlights were a nice surprise.The Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist are freakily awesome. Keep your hands on the wheel though because it's not perfect. The camera and sensors can get confused. But they're good to have for safety and driving assist, especially on long rides on open highways. Blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic sensing, and parking sensors are included and help in those situations. I always disable the collision mitigation feature due to potential problems with the system potentially braking at wrong and dangerous times.

Fantastic car, hybrid, only a dent in rear passenger bumper. Ac engine are all smooth No chassis problem No mechanical problem. Very economic car, it has perfect sound systems too.

My husband and I had a great experience with Clint. Before I get into that I want to share our experiences from two other local dealerships for comparison. My husband went to one and I to another. The Toyota dealership he went to the salesman was nice but I guess he did not want to sell a vehicle because he did not contact my husband again after my husband told him specifically what 2 toyotas we were interested in. I went to the other honda dealership in the area. When I arrived it took a while for someone to approach me while I was walking around in the lot. I am assuming probably because I had my young son with me. (Don't judge a book by its cover.) A salesman approached me finally. He was very a nice man. But I did not like the set up of the dealership at all. The salesman was looking on an iPad that died in the process of looking for two pilots that I saw online. So then he had to use his cell phone. This whole time we are sitting in a lounge type area with no privacy from other people passing by or from being able to hear the manager who was very rude to his employees sitting at his desk. The salesman asked the manager if he look in the database to see if the vehicles had sold because we did not find them on the lot when we had looked previously. He was very impatient with the salesman and seemed to careless if the man sold me a vehicle. After the manager told him that 1 of the pilots was on the lot somewhere the salesman went to look again for it leaving me for at least 15-20 minutes. I was getting ready to leave at that point when he showed back up and said he could not find it. At that point I was very aggravated with how rude the manager was to his employees, the fact that he also seemed to careless if his employee sold me a vehicle, having no privacy when talking about budget, waiting so long for someone to greet me when I arrived to the dealership and having to wait for him to try to find the vehicle and then not be able to find it. Now for my experience at Honda Cars of Aiken with Clint. My husband went to Honda cars of Aiken the first time alone to narrow down choices of vehicles we were looking into. Clint showed him what we were interested in and allowed him to test drive the vehicles to determine what best suited our family. We decided we were very interested in pilots so we both along with our 18 month old son went back to the dealership. When we arrived he showed us the 4 pilots they had on the lot and told us the difference in each. We picked the one we were most interested in. He allowed us to all ride together including moving our son's car seat from our vehicle to the one we were test driving. After our test drive we went inside to Clint's desk (that's right his own desk with a decent amount of privacy also may I add his own computer) where he had a toy car waiting for my son to play with. He was great with our son the whole time and so patient. Which to a mother is a huge deal! We did not buy that evening because this was a big decision for our family so we wanted time to really think about it and make sure we were not rushing into our decision. Clint was very understanding. We came back later and purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend him if your looking to purchase. He will be patient and understanding but most of all he wants to make sure you have the right vehicle for you or your family and not just push you into something that does not suit you just to sell a car. Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

I had to buy a new Honda after I totalled my last one. I hate car shopping and was already banged up and injured so was not looking forward to dealing with this. However, Allen Baer at Gerald Jones Honda was so considerate. He wasn't pushy or abrasive. He actually did research for me on all my options and emailed me ideas and honest information so I didn't waste time test driving things that wouldn't work for my family since I wasn't up to it. And he worked within our budget. He made it so I spent as little time possible at the dealership so I could get back home and rest. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I first bought a car from Jay Williams. At 23, that was my largest purchase ever and he respected my preferences and budget. It was the BEST car and I?m sad it was totaled in an accident. When I was in the market again, I called him first. Due to the time I had to work with I went to another dealer and bought a car with hesitation. A week later I continued to feel unsafe in the car and reached out again. Jay and the team at Gerald Jones treated me with transparency, what I felt was lacking in my purchase a week before, and helped the best they could to make a tough situation turn around. I recommend the staff at Gerald Jones for their integrity. The new fancy building is nice, but even when they were in the trailer while construction was going on, I knew they valued the customer. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Had a horrendous trip to Augusta from PA in my daughters subaru after being serviced at home the night before. Found ourselves in a truck stop in the pouring rain in South Carolina at midnight. Started just looking at Gerald Jones with her car in the shop. She ended driving and liking a Subaru Crosstrek. They spent an hour going over the car with her, and gave her a bag of info and Subaru items. Told me I could bring in my Subaru and they would go over my car with me since I never received orientation when I bought mine. The next day we brought the car back for a molding issue. They fixed it within 30 minutes snd back on the road. She returned for questions about the car options, and they spent another hour with her to make sure she was comfortable. Being out of state, I felt like family was taking care of my daughter. I would buy from them over and over again. We are actually looking for a car for us while we are visiting family here. I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

He communicated regularly from start to delivery which got delayed due to freight backlogs. Since acquiring the vehicle, I’ve had the vehicle serviced with Aiken Honda. Today, while dealing with a defective tire issue, I was graciously given a ride home by John Kelly in Customer Service. This accommodation was especially appreciated given that my home is 20 minutes away from the dealership. As a a senior single, this impromptu service was deeply appreciated!
