I leased my Ridgeline in January 2017 and bought it out of its lease at the end of 2019. I love that it's quiet, smooth, and drives more like a car or luxury SUV than a truck. The interior is sleek and I really like the in-bed trunk. I drive mostly highway miles and get ~24 mpg. It's closer to 25+ in the summer and 22 in the winter. It always shifted strangely and in 2021 (at 140,000 miles), it seized up and I brought it in for a diagnosis. They said my catalytic converters were fried, which was a $5,000 fix. Earlier that year, it had some fuel injector issues that were covered by recall. Asking the mechanic, he thought the fuel injector issue may have caused the catalytic converter damage. The next summer (at 180,000 miles), the same seize-up issue happened, so we replaced the transmission, which has fixed the issue. It shifts better now than it ever has. Luckily, my dealer was good to work with and did it at cost. I have only towed on two or three occasions, so I was surprised by the transmission issues. Overall, I have been satisfied with the vehicle and would buy another Ridgeline. It's big enough to tow the few small things I need to, the interior is comfortable and quiet, smooth driving, and I have been able to achieve the posted fuel economy (18/25).

I sold Honda for years and I always loved driving the Civic SI. I prefer a manual tranny and this car offers that plus a lot more. It’s spacious and the front “racing” style seats hug you! The display is quite large in comparison to other makes in its class. This car performs seamlessly as it always has.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Adam Winfrey at Crain Kia Bentonville was great helping me get scheduled for the very next morning when I came in a little frantic about all of my headlights suddenly not working & also scheduled me to have my 30K mile service done at the same time. So thankful he was able to arrange a driver to take me home during the 3-4 hour service and pick me back up when my car was ready. Even better, my car was vacuumed and beautifully washed waiting for me. That was a great surprise! Especially after my last service at Crain Kia Fayetteville not going well at all. So bad I swear I would go back… I truly appreciate Crain Kia Bentonville’s excellent customer service, attention to detail and going above and beyond to ensure I felt safe leaving in my vehicle after my Fayetteville service left me a little traumatized. CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

I firmly believe that they helped me reach my dream of being able to have a nice car for me and my family through these hard times.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

His approach was highly professional, transparent, and respectful, and his deep knowledge of the vehicles was evident and greatly appreciated. He made the buying process smooth and informative. Similarly, the Finance Manager was superb—knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly expert in his role. My interactions with both Galberto and the Finance Manager were outstanding and reflect very well on your dealership. Serious Concern Regarding Management Conduct: However, my experience was significantly marred by the attitude and demeanor of the Sales Manager where I signed my documents. While I am aware that everyone can have a frustrating or challenging day, the manager's conduct toward me was unacceptable. His attitude and "vibes" suggested a lack of respect and patience, creating a genuinely uncomfortable atmosphere. This behavior felt discriminatory and inappropriate, especially considering I was a customer completing a major purchase at your dealership. A leader in a customer-facing business must maintain a standard of professionalism, courtesy, and respect, regardless of internal pressures. It is imperative that managers demonstrate patience and a positive attitude toward customers, as this interaction is the final impression of your brand. This poor display was the only negative aspect of the entire transaction. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied with my new vehicle and the exceptional service provided by Galberto. I will strongly recommend Galberto to anyone considering a new car purchase or a test drive.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

I had just filled out a form to see what mt tradein might be worth, and Jonatan Reyes called me right back. He was very pleasant, not pushy, and so we arranged to go to Fayetteville from Barling to check out the Passport Trailsport that I was thinking about, and give them a chance to give me an inperson look at my trade in, he had already given me an out the door price on the new Honda we were looking to buy. We quickly took a test ride, came to an agreement, giving us slightly more for my trade than we were expecting, plus throwing in a couple of extras. We were extremely pleased with Jonatan, he is a true professional, with the dealership as a whole, everyone was very friendly. My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

My 5th Ridgeline. 2008-2025. Does everything I need from a truck as an owner of a small home. 24MPG highway and 19 around town. Never even had a check engine light come on with any of my five. MUCH roomier than Taco, Frontier, Ranger or Colorado. Wider and absolutely NO CONTEST for back seat room. The only true mid-size suitable for a growing family.

I have a 2500 GMC, and actually live about 260 miles from Springdale. Coming thru Arkansas this week my truck went into power reduction. On star told me it was a transmission fault and the truck wouldn't run over 55mph. I knew Crain was up off 412 and was hoping for a miracle to make it back home that night. It was 15 till 6 when I got there and Harrison was absolutely my hero! He told me the issue, said I maybe able to get it where you can make it home and he absolutely kept his word! Most people at quiting time don't really care to hear a story of some guy that has already spent 4 days away from and wants to get home, they have already put in a days work and ready to head that way themselves. Harrison not only took the time but I am glad to report I made it home safe and sound. Got with my local dealer and they are going to get it fixed for good once they can get a part. I just have to say my next time thru Springdale I'm dropping off some donuts for my best new friend in Arkansas!! Thanks again Harrison your the man!!

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

First service on my new 3500HD. Getting ready for a cross country trailer trip. Colby in Service made sure everything was handled. Great coffee and fresh donuts to boot!! Lol This dealer has done nothing but earn my trust and my business.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Perfect, everyone did a great job and it’s make me feel safe to keep bringing my car. And the way Ivan talk to customer is good. Every time I bring my car in he is the one that i always ask. Last but not least thank you Ivan and all the people that working in Micklarty Daniel.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

it's still brand new for me but I did extensive research online, so I knew what I was getting when I went to the dealer. I know after only 350 miles, Ima love it. More later!

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.
