I drove from PENACOOK concord line down to Ira Toyota in Manchester nh. Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, he asked me if I preferred to work with a specific advisor. I replied yes Mike Rivera. After waiting for what seemed like a couple seconds Mr,!rivera approached me and greeted me with a smile and a good morning. He conducted his routine and let me know it will be an hour and half until My car was finished. I told him thank you and let him know I?m in no rush. He said I can wait up in the showroom so off I went very appreciatively. After getting weather update form my wife a snow storm would start in around an hour I let Mr. Rivera know. He then texted me and said he?ll do his best to have me home before storm. Approximately after waiting 15!minutes Mr. Rivera approached me and said he?ll have me on the road in 15!minutes. He held true to his word. I was all set. I paid my bill and headed home. But before leaving I told all desk associates to have a nice Christmas and they all replied you as well. The customer service I received was next level. The best experience I?ve ever had at Ira or any other dealership! The management at Ira in Manchester nh should be proud and elated that the associates are well prepared knowledgeable and best of all people friendly I plan to upgrade my Corolla next year and absolutely plan to do it with Ira where I bought my Corolla. Perfect family of 4 SUV with a bunch of space. AVG 23.5 mph. The 9 speed transmission is not as smooth as the older 6 speeds. I wish you could permanently turn of the stop/Start. So far so good.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. We only wish there were more people as proud and passionate about doing an excellent job as Nick is.

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

I did some serious research and decided a Honda Accord Coupe built from 2015 to 2020 with the big V6 was a great car to buy used if I could find one with low enough mileage. I found one in Florida using Carvana that only had 29,600 miles on it. It helped that the car also has about all the neat accessories Honda put on 2016 high end Accords. The car is pretty and quick and comfortable. Three important boxes get checked out front. I love the car.

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff.
