I was helping an LA friend, trying to get an agreement on a car and price over the phone. As you all know... this is a no no in this business. Well it worked out extremely well at this dealership, and Pat was great....what a square guy...very fair and reasonable. In today's world of internet knowledge, busy customers, and economic times...a person and dealership that will work with you and help the process along is like water in the desert. Thanks ! 3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.

I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

I live in San Jose but driving 500 miles round trip to get our new 2016 Honda Pilot was worth it because of Barber Honda's competitive pricing and excellent customer service. I worked with Matt Lopez, Barber Honda's Internet/Fleet Department Manager and he was able to beat the pricing of every Northern California Honda dealer by thousands of dollars. He was also very easy to deal with. He was very upfront and transparent with taxes, fees, and pricing and provided a hassle free experience. When I arrived at the dealership to buy the car it only took 1 hour from when I entered to when I left to complete all the paperwork and drive out of the dealership with my new Pilot! Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Nick and his brother were awesome. Nick is mellow, no pressure, but absolutely professional. I tested him with a few things I'd learned from You Tube and he was right on top of it. We talked for a while and I found out Nick is a family man. In fact, the business name is derived from his son's first name. And yep, he gave me a real good deal. this car never needed brakes until 103k miles, unbelievable, she has 117k now, and running strong, i get over 330 miles to the tank around town

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

I bought a 2008 Toyota Corolla in January and have been pleased with the purchase. The car was clean ( a little to perfumy smell ) and has run well to this point.

I had never taken my Sierra Denali in on a Saturday before and found the staff very efficient. Miranda Collier is well informed and very efficient. I was very pleased with the service and my pickup came back oil changeed, tires checked, and vehicle washed-- pleasant surprise! It needed it! Suggestion, I arrived at ~7:15 am and waited at the gate to the service department. There was a long line of vehicles after me. The gate infront of Express lub was opened first and the back of the vehicle queue or line came in and formed 3 lines. the service deparment gate was opened so I ended up well behind where I intended. Suggest opening the service department gate first because it gives more space for the vehicles to queue (long line) that is off the street. Another suggestion is to place cones that direct the traffic into two lines, if that is what is desired. Vehicles had to back up and jockey some back and forth to get into two lines keeping everyone in sequence behind those that came in express gate but were actually at the back of the vehicle queue. The young man helping was very courteous and thoughtfu in the process.

My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

After owning 2 CRV’s I decided to go with something larger. I’d initially been considering the Pilot, but I didn’t want or need the third row of seats. I’ve had my 2022 Passport for exactly a year now, and I love it. It makes me happy every time I get behind the wheel. For the size of the vehicle the gas mileage isn’t bad; I’m averaging 15-18mpg city and 23-27mpg highway. It handles well and is very comfortable. I’m not a fan if the idle stop, but that seems to be standard on many vehicles now. I’ve become accustomed to turning it off immediately, so it’s not a problem.

Amazing car for the value! Looks great and drives even better. I'd recommend this car for family as two car seats fit perfectly in the backset :)

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!
