I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. We would highly recommend Westboro Toyota for great buying and service experience.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

TODAY - I “turned back time…” Years ago, I bought a car from Lia Honda of Enfield, Connecticut. I'll never forget that red bow on the hood of my white Honda. Fast forward to today, October 11, 2025. I purchased another car from Lia Honda of Enfield. On the phone, Mary, a fantastic salesperson, answered all my questions about available cars, prices, and the latest options on Honda vehicles. I was on my way to an appointment at a nearby Honda dealership, but Mary's exceptional customer service convinced me to cancel it. I randomly called Lia of Enfield, because I had questions and drive time. Mary’s “smile” in her voice on the phone brightened my day. Seriously, this was a “thing,” her tone, patience, and incredible efficiency. Mary truly showed that she cared about me as her customer. In person, Mary was warm, kind, and expert. The tour of the available car options amazed me, and I hope I remember all the features! Mary had said over the phone, "We can have you rolling out later today in your new Honda." I smiled, thinking, "No way this can’t be done in one day." Sure enough, everything aligned perfectly, and I drove away in my new 2026 Honda. I want to thank Mary, the sales team, and everyone who prepared the car. Wow, Lia Honda of Enfield really caught my eye! Lastly, as I was "floating" down I-91 South, I noticed the exact colors and models of my previous two Hondas right in front of me. It was a fun moment, knowing I have had a wonderful collection of fantastic cars, and I'm sure I'll cherish my new Honda just as much. Finally, I asked Mary if I could write an email to the manager, and she was humble. Humility is something that we don’t see much today. Mary smiled and said, “Well, if you write a review on Google, it is enough.” Mary didn’t even want me to showboat her to the manager. I guess the fact that I bought the brand new car showed enough. We need more Marys in the world!!! My next vehicle will be from Lia Honda of Enfield; don’t forget this happy customer!!!!

This was the 8th Acura we've purchased from Acura of Auburn. This is easily the best dealership we've ever dealt with. In fact, the vehicle that I traded in was a Lexus and I gave the local Lexus dealership first chance at a trade in and pricing on a new version of the vehicle I was trading in. After the Lexus dealership played the let me go check with my manager game for a little over two hours, they did come up with a fairly good price that I was just about to sign off on. Then the sales rep, Chris, told me that I'd have to wait at the dealership for another couple hours for their finance manager to have time to put the deal together for me to sign. I said I'd return sometime later in the day, which he didn't seem to want me to leave. I then stopped by Acura of Auburn and told Nate and Ken about the deal offered by Lexus, asked about a test drive in the ADX, and left my trade for them to look at. I came back from my test drive, we talked about what they thought they could do, and within 5 minutes we had a deal. No games, no deception, no pressure, just really friendly and fair treatment in a fraction of the time I spent with Lexus. I then called the local Lexus dealership back and informed Chris that I was going elsewhere and he basically snapped at me, saying I wasted his time? I think he may have gotten that one backwards:) From that point Johnny took over and was absolutely awesome in terms of taking care of everything and setting up an appointment for pick up. At pick up, I signed the paperwork with Erica, who is so very nice, friendly, and efficient, she fits in perfectly at this 5 star dealership. Pick up went great and I've had the ADX for 4 days now and couldn't be happier. Once again, this was the 8th Acura our family has purchased from Acura of Auburn and my wife and I have decided we will not torture ourselves anymore by going to any other car dealership. Nobody does it better that Acura of Auburn and that's where all of our future automobile business will go. Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.
