This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

Let me tell you about the best car salesperson I've ever met. Max went above and beyond my expectations. He made me feel so at ease and was more patient than I could have hoped for. His absolutely positive, relaxed demeanor is great! What also stood out is that he listened to my needs instead of trying to push anything on me. I'm so thankful that it was Max who approached me. I was looking at prices for a used car to set an amount for the GoFundMe campaign I have set up for my boyfriend/fiance. His car engine died and it will cost him $3000 for a new engine. However neither of us has the money right now for a new used car or for a new car engine. This dealership was one of the places I looked at for used car prices.

Anyone who says the mileage is bad clearly does not know how to drive. I use eco mode, drive mostly city some highway and I average about 40-45 mpg sometimes over 50 mpg in Florida. I also use the regen braking pads by the steering wheel for increased battery charging as any owner of a hybrid should. This is a great car, very stylish, lots of storage space, efficient, great easy to use entertainment system and more. My only complaint is that it could be too low for some people, and that there is a rattling sound behind the steering wheel when the gas engine is on and the car is going about 30-40 mph. No idea what it is.

Unexpectedly the Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On July 1, 2025, I brought my 2018 Honda Accord into Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine for a routine oil change and to check the A/C. About 30 minutes after drop-off, I got a text from Daniel IV in sales saying they might be interested in buying my car. At first, I declined—I had no plans to sell or buy—but I eventually agreed to hear what they had to offer. To my surprise, their appraisal was very fair. I gave Daniel a quick idea of what I might consider in a vehicle, and we set up a time to chat on July 4th—still with no real intention to buy. Fast forward: Daniel was fantastic to work with. He listened to what I wanted and introduced me to the CR-V Hybrid SUV, which ended up being a perfect fit. I also worked with Ali Yakani in sales, and he was equally great—making sure I got the trade-in value I expected and a very fair out-the-door payment for a 3-year lease. Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

A bit pricey and mpg declines much faster than expected. Takes awhile to get it back closer to advertised. Other than that,I have been happy with this vehicle.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.
