Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

My dad bought this car around 2010. Used it, gave it to my mom, my mom gave it to me in 2020. Rarely had issues. Hearty car, withstood my neglect. Never needed anything other than oil changes. My experience at Lot#1 Robinson location of #1 Cochran was simple and quick. I walked the oot for about 5 minutes before I was approached by a Salesperson. This afforded me an opportunity to examine the 2 vehicles that I was interested in without any pressure or interference! The Salesperson was complimentary and almost apologetic about the condition of the cars, which explained the great price posted online. The issues were mostly cosmetic ( peeling clear coat) and foreign sealant surrounding the rear tire wells and panels. Pictures provided online were okay but perhaps a more realistic depiction of problem areas would have been useful.

I have had the Honda LX for almost 3 1/2 years now and it’s such a reliable car. It drives good (and I drive it hard may I add) have only had to fix the brakes and roders just a week ago, it does burn oil like crazy and I replaced a couple tires that kept popping but other than that it’s good on gas, a smooth ride, I never plug it in in the winter and may I add it gets to -30 here and it starts every time. My car is all black tinted led lights she is nice to look at beautiful body (model) I like this car out of the 13 cars I’ve had and this is one of the older cars too I’ve had but I just love it for some reason. I would definitely recommend it. I purchased mine for a little over $7600 from a family member did some upgrades to it take good care of it mechanically the inside is always clean (some scruffs here and there as it’s an older car) but I’m sure i could sell it for $5500-$6000. Definitely a good buy and worth it.

Any and all questions I had (which were many) were answered in a very timely manner and explained very well (which I greatly appreciated because I'm definitely not anywhere near a car expert). I purchased my car in January 2019 and now almost a year later I am still in love with it and happy with my decision. It is currently 13 years old, and I purchased it with a considerably low mileage for its age, as well as no rust. It was clean inside and out and in wonderful condition. I requested to see the Carfax, and a copy was gladly handed to me to keep, which revealed it had only 1 previous owner and a clean history with no reported accidents. I also took it for a test drive. It still today runs fantastic and I have yet to run into any problems with it. I have been driving this Civic for 20 years and it is the longest running of all my cars. I paid $13,000 drive out from a dealership here in Texas. The present mileage is 203,000 miles. It has been very dependable with the main items needing repair were a hub bearing, starter, and about a year ago the blower fan motor. a/c still works and compressor is original. Spark plugs lasted 100,000 miles twice. Oil changes at roughly 3,500 miles. I work with a mechanic who wants the car as he has an Acura engine he wants to put in it. He's got a long wait!

I did my research and was in the market for a foreign vehicle like Honda or Toyota. I was very specific on what I was looking for. The last of the great accords. Purchased 2007 accord ex 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine in 2011 with 46,000 miles. I currently have 160,000 miles on the car. Up to recently it was just basic maintenance, oil brakes and tires etc. I had no mechanical repairs until the car was 16+ years and 150k miles, then it was just starter, control arms and 1 lower ball joint. The check engine light came on recently for the 1st time ever at 159,000. It was an oxygen sensor which I was able to replace myself. Before this car I had a VW jetta where the check engine was never off. Great car it runs and drives the same as when I first got it. Hope to drive for another 100k miles.

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

We bought our 2007 Honda Accord as a CPO car in 2010 and have had it for 13 years now. It has the V6 engine, which we found to be very reliable; the engine has never needed a repair. The automatic transmission has also been trouble-free. This is the fastest car I've owned - almost too fast for us now that we're older. Like the 2004 Accord sedan we also owned until recently, this car has been a wonderful value. We have 137,800 miles on the car now, and I really think it will last at least that many more.

We bought our CPO 2006 CR-V SE in 2008 with 19K miles. It replaced a 2000 CR-V with 180K miles, and the 2.4L/5 speed felt so much peppier in the mountains than the old 2.0L/ 4 speed. It now has 243K trouble-free miles and has been passed down from Mom to our teen daughters. Everyone who gets in is amazed that it's so much roomier in both rows than the outside would suggest. Lots of cargo room, too. Simple, ergonomic dashboard controls. Love the dash-mounted shift lever and flip-up center console. Leather seats are tough as nails and still look good. It's fun to drive. Not overpowered, but feels peppy and responsive, revs easily and smoothly when you punch the throttle to merge or pass. Great outward visibility. Tight steering, firm brake feel. Very maneuverable in tight spaces. Best feature is the low, low cost of operation. It has never broken down. No expensive timing belt services. The only non-routine repairs were a thermostat at 190K, brake pads at 210K, and a knock sensor at 240K. We just can't seem to spend money on this vehicle. Everything works, AC blows cold, starts every time, runs smoothly, plenty of power for mountain driving. The flaws I've noted are relatively few. One, seats are contoured for smaller people. That's us, so we're fine, but larger people probably would not be happy. Two, the seats fold and tumble, so you don't get a full-length flat load floor. It holds a lot, but you have to load vertically. Third, the cupholders are poorly designed and don't seem to fit any common drink sizes in the US. Four, the rear cargo door swings to the wrong side for curbside loading in the US. In my opinion the 2006 SE was the best CR-V ever made, and I've already put my daughters on notice that when they move on, it's mine.

I bought the car with 150k miles and it was rotting in a neighbors driveway. The dealer told me it would cost $1900 to fix. I went home and YouTubed all of the repairs myself and got the parts for $120. Easy to work on and reasonable to repair. Now almost 200k miles and I drive it everywhere. Great car and it still has the picnic table.

Vehicle covers our needs for towing the family fishing boat. Great for winter driving in our region. This model year cargo space is better than many of the other SUV's available.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.
