My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

Purchase the Ridgeline used. I like the way it drives and handles. Used through several home renovations handled loads fine. One major problem with all Ridgeline roof racks they leak all four stanchions in the car show leakage Honda refuses to admit it's their problem

This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

They worked late to make sure all of our needs were met. We will be back again!

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

I'm a retired veteran of 33 years, and I came with my daughter because I needed a car to get to work. The salesman Smittie was the absolute best. I had had a Nissan Leaf but when my husband was moved to a veteran's home 200+ miles away, I had to rent a car to go see him. Traded it for a Honda 2018 Plug-In Hybrid, went to the dealer and drove away with it the same day. The dealership was awesome, The car was a dream to drive to visit my husband. I started with a full charge and a full tank of gas (a whole 7 gallons... lol) got another tank of gas at the other end and got home with miles to spare. After my husband's death, I only went out of town a couple of times a month and never needed the gas engine. About once a month I allow the charge to drop enough that the engine will run just to keep it active. My "mpg" currently shows 105 mpg... I love it... I use household current in my garage and my electric bill has not changed due to charging. I have not had to charge it while traveling... I was sad to hear that Honda is no longer making a plug-in Clarity. When I finally have to replace this one, I will be looking ONLY for a plug-in hybrid. I love the way it works. The only issue I have had is the battery... NOT the main battery, but the little one that make the gas engine run... I love my Clarity Plug-In... I doubt I would ever go back to a fully electric car and I would NEVER go back to a fully gas engine.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

On July 18th Sunday Morning, I called Dulles Auto Sales to test drive an used 2004 Acura TL. Since they are closed on Sunday, John actually responded and said he is able to come and let me take a test drive. He was greeting and explained about the features and everything about the car. This TL was in excellent condition. As soon as I took a drive, I talked to John and asked him if he can lower the price for me since I am on limited budget. The initial listed price was 6750 but he said he can give me 6000 for the car to thank me for the service. I came back home and visited this place again the day after. I felt I was so into that car since everything works for me except the budget. FYI, I was in the market for 04-08 Acura TL for 2 months. I was so tired but tried hard to find the best one in the market. On Monday I visited John again and asked him if he can offer me 5500 for the car. I wasn?t able to sleep because I really wanted this car; however, I had not enough fund. John gladly said he can offer me 5750 to meet me in the middle. I came back home and talked to my fiance to help me buy the TL. On Tuesday, I went to Dulles Auto Sales and had a test drive on this car again. Then, I spoke to John and explained him about my budget situation. He was okay with 5700, and I finally decided to pick it up. It was almost 3 days journey for me to pick up this car but I am so happy that I bought the best one. It runs so smooth. It looks very clean. John does really take care of his customer. I will definitely visit you again for oil change! Thank you!
