During our time at McCarthy Honda we worked with Ben and he is incredible at his job! He is a straight shooter and his motivation really was to find a car that was the best fit for us. He happily and professionally handled all of our questions, comments & concerns. He was knowledgeable about the cars in stock, financing options and respectful of our boundaries. We did find a car we loved, but it was outside of our decided budget. During negotiations we worked with Rodney. He patiently and kindly explained exactly why the price point we were trying to negotiate down to wasn’t feasible, but he did try to find creative solutions to get us in something similar within our budget. Even after he realized the sale likely wasn’t going to happen, he was never patronizing or dismissive. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle during this visit. We are going to keep up with their new inventory as it comes in online because we actually WANT to buy from them. In today’s world we (as a society) have to be more cognizant than ever about putting our money in the hands of good people, and we have no doubt McCarthy Honda is one of the best dealerships in town (if not THE best) with GREAT people. My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I loved my 2022 CRV but after it was totaled, I upgraded to 2026. I do miss the wood paneling on the 2022 model, and I wish the 2026 was still compatible with the HondaLink app, but overall the 2026 is all around better vehicle with even more comfortable seating, a bigger screen, and the same smooth Honda handling. If you are in the market for a small SUV, you can't go wrong with a 2026 CRV!

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

On Friday, 7 October 2022, I stopped by McAuto to look at a used car I'd seen on cars.com. Saw and test-drove it and decided it wasn't what I was looking for, but saw another vehicle on their lot that was. Exactly what I was looking for, and at a great price. I test-drove it, checked the paperwork, and asked Darrin questions about the vehicle and the process. Later that same afternoon, I drove off the lot with my new car. After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

He immediately said yes, took a copy of my license, and handed me the key. He allowed me to drive the truck alone. He said that he did not have to ride along. There was no pressure, no attempt to update me to a more expensive vehicle. He did not seem shady or slimy like the stereotypical "used car salesman". Purchased used with 145,000. Threw a bunch of front end work into it, but with Alaska roads no surprise. Very comfortable, with good interior. Sure footed on ice and deep snow with Blizzak tires. Alot of power, and 20 mpg with the V6 engine. Feels like a bigger SUV than it is. Great rig over the road, easy parking when in town. Going to run this up to 300k before I am done with it.

Just purchased a used 2021 Accord Hybrid EX-L. In my first tank of gas, I'm averaging more than 50 MPG. Really nice car...glad we bought it. We test drove the Camry and the Sonata as well but preferred the interior of the Accord. Quiet, comfortable ride. Lots of nice features. We have 2008 Accord with 175K miles and counting. Look forward to another ten plus years with the Hybrid.
