Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

We are very pleased with our purchase.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

In for yearly check-up and oil change: inspection explanation, service completed, service techs all excellent

A bit pricey and mpg declines much faster than expected. Takes awhile to get it back closer to advertised. Other than that,I have been happy with this vehicle.

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Review it thoroughly. They tend to make errors when compared to original proposed or accepted sale(accounting/book keeping). Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

We were traveling out of town Monday at 6:00, outside temp -3 when service engine light came on. Whet to greenwood with my x5 and the service department was closed. Landon Powers in the service department was still there. He added fluids needed and added pressure to tires outside in the cold. He did it cheerfully with no charge. Thank you Landon. Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.
