Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

We needed a car with passenger seats that have a particular attribute. My research showed 2 vehicles. One was a Toyota Sienna. The other was a Honda Odyssey. For 28 years, all of our new cars have come from Charlie’s. With the help of Jeff Hanson and Paul Dustin our needs were completely fulfilled. Thanks for the help and understanding. What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. I have previously bought 16 new cars. NEVER before did I receive the type of service that Charlie's provides, MOST notably from the sales guys that I had an extreme pleasure to deal with. I live in MA and was purchasing a new car for my son who was moving to Winthrop, Maine. My first contact was with ALAN KENNEY who right off the bat gave me what I knew was a UNBELIEVABLE DISCOUNT!! I spent many years in the new car business and recognized the discount I got on THE 2018 Honda Odyssey as HUGE. I calculated it was below invoice.... In any event in addition to the supa $$, Alan communicated with me via e-mail (as he pointed out once we met at the dealership) OVER 60 TIMES! What sales person in any dealership would respond to SIXTY E-MAILS!! ?? Alan advised me and patiently answered all of my questions as the registering process is totally different in Maine vs MA. The was also NO "games" played with silly unnecessary "BS" being offered as ad-ons to the purchase like most dealers do. The actual delivery was done by Pat Michaud who went over the cah with my son as if he was his own son buying a car for the first time. Never before did I see any sales person spend so much time explaining EVERY detail of the cah. Pat even insisted on taking my son for a "test drive". Something that you only expect when your looking to purchase a cah. Pat was spending so much time going over the car it prompted me to tell him that my son didn't need anymore assistance as he could read the manual. Pat would have nothing to do with that as he insisted on going over every detail. The finance manager, Alex Musica was thorough and went over all the figures and you cannot beat Honda financing at 1.9% . All-in all my experience with doing business with Charlie's and their staff was the most satisfying I have ever had. Only a month earlier I had purchased a "pricy" BMW in Ma and had gotten the run-around with all sorts of BS during the negotiations and upon delivery of a cah that cost 85K the salesman tossed the keys to me and said "here you go". If you live within 100 miles of a Charlie's dealership when you need to purchase a car and you don 't do business with them then you are out of your mind. Bill Mullen Quincy, MA

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

I came to Tucker Chevy from about 45 minutes away looking for a specific car I found online. The price was great, trade in value was good, and customer service was impeccable. There was a minor mix up with the keys and I was compensated for my time and my gas in resolving it. I would highly recommend Tucker Chevy and I would definitely buy from them again.

We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

While my 2014 Accord has but 78000 miles on it, it has been showing its 10+ years of age. Power train is fine, but brakes recently showed alarming tendency to seize (corrosion). More recently, I hear either a wheel bearing or CV joint starting to fail in the front end. Also the original starter motor failed at ~40000 miles requiring its replacement. This was not unique to my Accord. I have owned 3 Accords. This 2014 has been the most troublesome. Has Honda's quality control in general been slipping? This Accord would seem to make me believe it has.

It was only an oil change but I was in and out, handed my keys with a smile and then I got in my car and drove away ?

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

The ford dealer was great. Atlantic motors was terrible. Bought my car drove it for 10 days and still haven?t seen it . Made 3 payments. Wish I could get that back.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

We worked with Greg Murphy and Kevin Cough in the purchase of our 2024 Titan. Greg and I corresponded and arrived at a deal before we met at the dealer to finalize everything. I was pleased to learn after we all but had the deal complete that as a former Nissan owner, he located an additional $1500 in rebate money for us! Amazing. I’m sure he could have kept this and not informed me, but he passed this savings along to us which we felt was more than honest. Kevin showed us the ins and outs of the truck and facilitated the test drive and paperwork. Overall we were treated very fairly and had a great buying experience. I wish all dealers were like this!

Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

Perfect family of 4 SUV with a bunch of space. AVG 23.5 mph. The 9 speed transmission is not as smooth as the older 6 speeds. I wish you could permanently turn of the stop/Start. So far so good.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Great vehicle. Really like everything about it. It has all the safety features a vehicle could have, making it safe to drive. It has just enough power and gets great gas mileage. It offers reliability with the Honda name. Comfortable with plenty of seating!

Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

My second Insight. Lower interest rate and good trade in on my first Insight led to my second. Great gas mileage except in cold weather. I live in Nebraska. winter months drops about 6-9 MPG. Rest of the year is 48-50.The sweet spot is flat I-80 at 70 MPH with 55-60 MPG the norm. 75 MPH it drops to 48-49 an I can't complain. I', 6'3 and I fit with no problem. big trunk. Camera in right side mirror for lane change is great as well as back up camera. The back seat is kind of cramped unless you are short. Overall as long as the keep building them I'm buying.
