Perfect family of 4 SUV with a bunch of space. AVG 23.5 mph. The 9 speed transmission is not as smooth as the older 6 speeds. I wish you could permanently turn of the stop/Start. So far so good.

I love my Rudgeline. For a woman, this is the truck to drive. Not too big to handle and has comfort of an SUV. The only complaint I have is the ignition system. This is the third one I am replacing at 200000 miles. Other than this, it has been extremely reliable with no expensive repairs so far

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

He was extremely honest and upfront about any issues that he knew about with his cars (there weren't many), and he made the car buying experience easy. We ended up buying a 2003 Nissan Sentra with only 30k miles, and the car looks great and runs well. Recently purchased a used 2019 RTL-T model. First impressions are rides like a high-end car, with the functionality of a truck: very impressed. I bought it for everyday use (I'm retired, play golf) and the occasional use for hauling lumber for home projects. The interior is a-plus, except for the minor un-functionality of the infotainment system: no mute button for audio system on steering wheel or on display, must go through a menu to get to active music screen and USB cable tether for Android Auto instead of wireless. Otherwise, excellent! Ride is superior to any other midsize truck, interior is attractive and spacious; leather seats are just a little firm (less so than a Cadillac which I feel are unreasonably firm!!!). Power train is very responsive and lite on fuel as compared to a full size truck. With Honda reliability and car/truck versatility, I do not know how I have lived without it for all these years!

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

I had to buy a new Honda after I totalled my last one. I hate car shopping and was already banged up and injured so was not looking forward to dealing with this. However, Allen Baer at Gerald Jones Honda was so considerate. He wasn't pushy or abrasive. He actually did research for me on all my options and emailed me ideas and honest information so I didn't waste time test driving things that wouldn't work for my family since I wasn't up to it. And he worked within our budget. He made it so I spent as little time possible at the dealership so I could get back home and rest. This is the only positive car buying experience I have ever had and it was much needed after such a hard week. Thank you Allen and Gerald Jones.

I started my truck search looking at full-size trucks, but honestly didn’t want the exterior size to be that big. Just on a side, have you noticed how a lot of the worst drivers on the road are driving the big full-size trucks? I didn’t know the purpose of having a Hemi to actually run people off the road. You know what I mean? That dude is barreling down the interstate doing about 87mph pulling a big @$$ box trailer and he’s like fish tailing all over the place? Anywho, back to the review... I drove a Jeep Gladiator, a Tacoma, a Colorado and the Nissan Frontier. The Gladiator was almost scary on the highway. Lots of wind noise and blowing me all over the place even at the lower highway speeds around 55-60mpg. For that reason, it didn’t make sense to me as a daily driver on paved roads. While the new Colorado and Tacoma have that brawny stance, neither of them have a V6. What’s the deal with the 4 banger turbo thing? It’s like Arnold Schwarzenegger in that old Christmas movie, “Jingle All The Way.” “I have to get the “Turbo Man!!” What they are not telling you about the 4 cylinder turbo stuff is that even if a 4 cylinder engine has the power of Ivan Drago in Rocky 4, it is working harder to produce that power compared to the naturally aspirated V6. Multiple mechanics I know personally have said the same thing. Inside, both Tac and Colorado were small and cramped. At first glance, you think they are going to be bigger inside than they are. This was disappointing and strange given how the outside is larger than the prior generations of those two trucks. An odd tech. thing about the Colorado was that you actually turn the headlights on using the touch screen. I also thought that the inside materials in the Colorado felt cheap. That glossy plastic stuff if you know what I mean. I liked the tow rating, but decided to keep shopping. The Frontier was actually my second favorite truck behind the Ridgeline. The naturally aspirated V6 instead of the turbo was already setting it above the other trucks. Then, I drove the Ridgeline and it was like Wow!! This thing rocks!! Honda’s proven reliable V6, smooth driving, yet flexible enough on the dirt or gravel roads, I can fit a 4x8 sheet of plywood flat in the bed because there’s no stupid wheel well hump. I absolutely love the tailgate swing out! It gets my body closer to whatever goods I am lifting out of the back instead of having to lean forward. Honda nailed it with this feature! Plus, let me just say that Ridgeline’s interior almost feels like a full size truck. I have tall teenage boys and the first thing they said when they got in the Ridgeline was “Wow dad!! This is nice and big inside!” Plus, as roomy as it is, I like that Ridgeline fits in a standard garage space too! If you get heavy rains, or it happens to snow, it’s nice to be covered when you want to be. You’ve got drive settings for different terrain and that suits my needs. Another reviewer said the Ridgeline meets the needs of 80% of people driving trucks and he nailed it with that statement. it’s absolutely true. A lot of people are driving big trucks and Jeeps and they never actually use them for the purpose they are intended for. You have those folks that don’t actually need 4 wheel drive. If you’re like me, you want a truck that gives you the utility you need, want to grab some landcape supplies, sheet goods, farm or garden stuff, and rides awesome on both paved and gravel or dirt roads, this is the truck for you. Don’t you love these guys with Jeep fantasies that make stupid videos criticizing Honda trying to create skepticism like…. “Can it do any serious off roading?” You can’t criticize it for something it’s not designed for. If you want a rock crawler you get a Jeep or something similar (locking differential, higher ground clearance, a lift, bigger rubber etc,).

I first bought a car from Jay Williams. At 23, that was my largest purchase ever and he respected my preferences and budget. It was the BEST car and I?m sad it was totaled in an accident. When I was in the market again, I called him first. Due to the time I had to work with I went to another dealer and bought a car with hesitation. I recommend the staff at Gerald Jones for their integrity. The new fancy building is nice, but even when they were in the trailer while construction was going on, I knew they valued the customer. We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

Had a horrendous trip to Augusta from PA in my daughters subaru after being serviced at home the night before. Found ourselves in a truck stop in the pouring rain in South Carolina at midnight. Started just looking at Gerald Jones with her car in the shop. She ended driving and liking a Subaru Crosstrek. They spent an hour going over the car with her, and gave her a bag of info and Subaru items. Told me I could bring in my Subaru and they would go over my car with me since I never received orientation when I bought mine. The next day we brought the car back for a molding issue. They fixed it within 30 minutes snd back on the road. She returned for questions about the car options, and they spent another hour with her to make sure she was comfortable. Being out of state, I felt like family was taking care of my daughter. I would buy from them over and over again. We are actually looking for a car for us while we are visiting family here. Drew and his staff are the best!!! It’s been a pleasure working with them…
