After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

My wife and I leased our 4th Honda through Lundgren Honda in Auburn and our Sales Lady Samantha was awesome, patient and ver helpful, she could not do enough to be helpful and accommodating. Thank you Samantha you were great.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

TODAY - I “turned back time…” Years ago, I bought a car from Lia Honda of Enfield, Connecticut. I'll never forget that red bow on the hood of my white Honda. Fast forward to today, October 11, 2025. I purchased another car from Lia Honda of Enfield. On the phone, Mary, a fantastic salesperson, answered all my questions about available cars, prices, and the latest options on Honda vehicles. I was on my way to an appointment at a nearby Honda dealership, but Mary's exceptional customer service convinced me to cancel it. I randomly called Lia of Enfield, because I had questions and drive time. Mary’s “smile” in her voice on the phone brightened my day. Seriously, this was a “thing,” her tone, patience, and incredible efficiency. Mary truly showed that she cared about me as her customer. In person, Mary was warm, kind, and expert. The tour of the available car options amazed me, and I hope I remember all the features! Mary had said over the phone, "We can have you rolling out later today in your new Honda." I smiled, thinking, "No way this can’t be done in one day." Sure enough, everything aligned perfectly, and I drove away in my new 2026 Honda. I want to thank Mary, the sales team, and everyone who prepared the car. Wow, Lia Honda of Enfield really caught my eye! Lastly, as I was "floating" down I-91 South, I noticed the exact colors and models of my previous two Hondas right in front of me. It was a fun moment, knowing I have had a wonderful collection of fantastic cars, and I'm sure I'll cherish my new Honda just as much. Finally, I asked Mary if I could write an email to the manager, and she was humble. Humility is something that we don’t see much today. Mary smiled and said, “Well, if you write a review on Google, it is enough.” Mary didn’t even want me to showboat her to the manager. I guess the fact that I bought the brand new car showed enough. We need more Marys in the world!!! My next vehicle will be from Lia Honda of Enfield; don’t forget this happy customer!!!!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Rodney was great! Bought a 2013 Nissan Altima and couldn't be happier with it. Sale was smooth and easy and overall a pleasant experience. Would buy again from them in the future.

Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

As a woman you don't always get treated well at dealerships ,but these two guys made me comfortable and worked with me and there was never any pressure to buy something I didn't want.

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

This was the 8th Acura we've purchased from Acura of Auburn. This is easily the best dealership we've ever dealt with. In fact, the vehicle that I traded in was a Lexus and I gave the local Lexus dealership first chance at a trade in and pricing on a new version of the vehicle I was trading in. After the Lexus dealership played the let me go check with my manager game for a little over two hours, they did come up with a fairly good price that I was just about to sign off on. Then the sales rep, Chris, told me that I'd have to wait at the dealership for another couple hours for their finance manager to have time to put the deal together for me to sign. I said I'd return sometime later in the day, which he didn't seem to want me to leave. I then stopped by Acura of Auburn and told Nate and Ken about the deal offered by Lexus, asked about a test drive in the ADX, and left my trade for them to look at. I came back from my test drive, we talked about what they thought they could do, and within 5 minutes we had a deal. No games, no deception, no pressure, just really friendly and fair treatment in a fraction of the time I spent with Lexus. I then called the local Lexus dealership back and informed Chris that I was going elsewhere and he basically snapped at me, saying I wasted his time? I think he may have gotten that one backwards:) From that point Johnny took over and was absolutely awesome in terms of taking care of everything and setting up an appointment for pick up. At pick up, I signed the paperwork with Erica, who is so very nice, friendly, and efficient, she fits in perfectly at this 5 star dealership. Pick up went great and I've had the ADX for 4 days now and couldn't be happier. Once again, this was the 8th Acura our family has purchased from Acura of Auburn and my wife and I have decided we will not torture ourselves anymore by going to any other car dealership. Nobody does it better that Acura of Auburn and that's where all of our future automobile business will go. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Always nice people to deal with, I've never had any problems with them. I've been buying toyota from them since 1973, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Service and sales have always been excellent 👌.

My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Ful-line fixed my front breaks and rotors and changed my oil at an amazing price under the warranty I got with the car I bought from them. The communication and work done was all so smooth and efficient. Definitely will be going back for all other repairs and services:)
