This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Highly recommend Holiday Mazda! My fiance and I both got our Mazdas from them. Both times they went above and beyond. From the salesperson to the financial management and everyone in between. I traded my truck in for my Mazda, I needed something smaller and more of a daily commute. The process was smooth, seamless and fast. When he got service done on his Mazda, tire rotation and oil change. They even sent us a videos showing the updates of what they were doing. As well as doing a thorough check on the car. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Over the last several years I have bought a used Mustang and a New truck from here. Both sales and service staff have never pushed me to buy anything other than what I was looking for or had scheduled. Sales and service communicate with Text, Email, or phone if you ask which is really nice during work etc. I am a bit younger and none of the other local Ram, Chevy, Toyota,Or Ford dealerships had sales staff that took me seriously enough to try to sell me a car.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

My person was super nice until after the sale, then not so much. Called to find out about a replacement part because I did not notice it, and he was very short and not helpful until I called again. I get they're out to make money, but you think they would be like oh yeah, we'll definitely fix that. Wasn't a bad experience and ppl were nice. Just wish they were a little more accommodating. Just make sure you look vehicle over carefully.

My door handles some times don't work well is hard to open I buy this crv 2022 brand new after 4 months I have this problem

I went to Tri City to replace a car I had for 23 years. I had the best experience with them. I had contacted several orther dealers in the area, and none of them got back to me during the week that I had to shop for a replacement. All of the people at Tri City were very professional, and available to help me. They were very honest and transparent with me. I returned a couple of times with questions, and they were positive about everything and they were completely supportive of my taking the 2007 Prius I was purchasing to my trusted mechanic of 20 years who checked it out completely and gave my choice a thumbs up. I enjoyed working with Tri City's staff. and I was very happy that my grandson suggested going there. He got a good deal and excellent service there also.

I leased my Ridgeline in January 2017 and bought it out of its lease at the end of 2019. I love that it's quiet, smooth, and drives more like a car or luxury SUV than a truck. The interior is sleek and I really like the in-bed trunk. I drive mostly highway miles and get ~24 mpg. It's closer to 25+ in the summer and 22 in the winter. It always shifted strangely and in 2021 (at 140,000 miles), it seized up and I brought it in for a diagnosis. They said my catalytic converters were fried, which was a $5,000 fix. Earlier that year, it had some fuel injector issues that were covered by recall. Asking the mechanic, he thought the fuel injector issue may have caused the catalytic converter damage. The next summer (at 180,000 miles), the same seize-up issue happened, so we replaced the transmission, which has fixed the issue. It shifts better now than it ever has. Luckily, my dealer was good to work with and did it at cost. I have only towed on two or three occasions, so I was surprised by the transmission issues. Overall, I have been satisfied with the vehicle and would buy another Ridgeline. It's big enough to tow the few small things I need to, the interior is comfortable and quiet, smooth driving, and I have been able to achieve the posted fuel economy (18/25).

Extremely good honest team of people to work with. Would recommend for your next used car. They were super to deal with when a warranty issue arose also. If you actually LIKE high pressure & sneaky tactics this is NOT the place to go :-) My only regret is not having learned of these folks sooner when I was purchasing cars for my daughters. Tri-City you have truly earned a repeat customer !

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

Price was very good. Dealership is nice and tidy. Josh was straightforward and upfront with all additional costs. It was a very great experience.

Issac, the Nissan technician, was so helpful! He maintained excellent communication with me through the whole process of obtaining approval from the warranty company to cover the cost of a new transmission. The process took a few weeks during which he was calm and courteous through it all which helped me so much! We didn't purchase the vehicle at Bergstrom, but were treated with such respect! Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Just a note to highly recommend the Bergstrom service specifically Nissan Dealership and the beautiful work the body shop does. My last two SUV’s are the Nissan Rogue. All the service visits have been great. Also we had an accident and brought our 2020 Rogue for repair and Jake and Jay Lee were awesome. I highly recommend Bergstrom on Victory Lane. Gary Soffa
