Didn't rate the experience 5* because I'm not sure that's possible. Probably as good as it gets. Anyway, just had my first PM and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Andrew was waiting as I exited the car, went through prepared paperwork and was driving off in my loaner call in about 5minutes. Car was ready & washed on time and I was out as fast or faster than the drop off. Awesome experience.

I have the 2012 Honda Crosstour, Love this vehicle. People think it's a bran new vehicle because I kept it in top notch, plus you don't see many around, so they think Honda just came out with it. The rude is very comfortable and the acceleration of this vehicle is powerful. To be a V6, it's ok on the gas mileage. I had my radio put in as a 10" screen. Look Awesome. Kept the maintenance up on it, change your oil regular, you can get over 200,000 mile on it. This vehicle is Awesome!

Nice folks to deal with, bought a clean used 2008 Chevy Avalanche with 120k for a fair price (Jeff was my salesman). Truck had some minor issues, a missing back up sensor, and a loose plastic panel on the tailgate. They fixed them both asap, and I bought the truck. A good deal all around, I would buy from them again. If you understand the used market, I'm sure you'll find a great deal there on a vehicle.

Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have been wanting to purchase a CRZ when they 1st hit the market in 2010 but due to a large family I could not. Fast forward to the year 2023 and I was walking the lot at a Honda dealer looking to replace my daily commuter car when I saw a 2012 CRZ base 6 speed manual for sale for well under market value. The best part was the car had a clean carfax, only 1 owner and all service was completed at a Honda dealer every 7,000 miles. The car only had 79,000 miles and it looked new. So I bought it and had it delivered to my home. I was shocked to see how low the roofline was. The car is so small and very fun to drive. It took me a few minutes to get used to a 6 speed manual transmission but it didn't take me long due to the fact my 1st car was a Civic 4 speed manual transmission. The CRZ is VERY easy to park. Now backing up is a bit hard due to the very limited view but after many years working in a work truck with NO rear view it was no big deal. The MPG is better then any other car I have ever owned. I love the fact it only takes less than 8 gallons when I fill up the tank. Yes people stare at me standing next to their huge pickup truck putting gas in at the gas station and I pull up in this tiny CRZ and I just smile. Now the bad news. The EV battery will eventually have to be replaced and I am not sure when that will be but I doubt I will get the battery to last the next 7 years when I am due to retire. The replacement battery today is $2,300 but I will be ok with that due to the fact a tesla battery is well over $16,000 to replace. Overall I love the CRZ, it looks sporty, it drives great, great on gas, easy to park and very low to the ground. May I add I do not need a step stool to wash the roof of the car and that's a bonus. Great car and rumor has it Honda will be making a comeback with another CRZ in the near future (they just trademarked the CRZ name). History: They only made about 34,000 CRZ'z from 2010 - 2016 so these cars, some day may be worth some money.

EX coupe, I4 engine, 5 speed manual transmission Bought this car used, traded in a Subaru Forester for it. Had about 125k ish on the odometer when purchased, coming up on 143k now with absolutely zero issues. Had to get the tire sensors replaced and a remote made for it, but I haven't had any mechanical issues whatsoever. Hondas are reliable to a fault, even more so with regular maintenance. I only run Chevron or Shell fuel, and Mobil 1 super synthetic oil to keep things clean. The computer lets me go up to 7k miles between changes! Good thing for me because this is my daily all around the state driver. Sound system is incredible stock, with an 8 inch shallow throw sub in the rear deck. As usual, Honda is known for great power trains, but a fairly cheap interior. No big unless you're looking for a luxury vehicle! Road noise is pretty average for a Honda, can be loud if you're used to Toyota or Chevy. Suspension is a little stiff and clumsy, but again, reliable. Don't expect to take this car off-road unless you want it to complain the entire way 😂 All in all, this is probably the best car I have owned to date. Sporty, stylish, and almost bulletproof. Going to give her a good tune up soon and I plan to have her for years to come!

The only issue I had with mine was the led taillights that didn’t always work properly and it was frustrating because they would work perfectly for a while but started having some of the led lights would appear out and give the impression of a problem with them

I have owned my CRV since 2008. Other than normal wear and tear, I have had no issues. My only regret is not buying the EX or EXL. The wheels on the LX are ugly.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

This car replaced my 1993 Civic when the corrosion of the midwest did in the suspension, which was not worth repairing on on a car with 279,000 miles. Now my current Civic was approaching this benchmark fast befor Covid. It had some big shows to fill and easily did so. No problems, and it has been beat to crap. This is city driving, so the engine hours are through the roof. Average maybe 20mph thoughtour it’s life. Did need it’s starter replaced once, although this was less expensive than the old timing belt tuneup on the 93. There was an issue with thinning paint on trunk and the car has been hit with enough rocks and when parked that she is far from pristine. I vouch for the safety as this is the insurance replacement of one that got totaled with 60 miles on it back in 09, a roll over. Run off road by semi whose brakes failed. I find the car quite comfortable for commuting purposes and the AC still works. It’s a DX-VP, so she’s awfully spartan by modern standards. Now that I work from home, the miles are coming slower. I assume a better conditioned one with low miles would hold its resale value pretty well. I’d like to justify getting a new car to scoot around town but it’s impossible to justify.

Perfect little car. Just changed the oil every 5,000 miles, did the rear struts, and put on two new sets of tires in the five years I owned it. My son did jam the key in the frozen door lock, and we had to replace that. 166,000 miles and my mechanic says it's absolutely fine.

My Honda Accord is going to be one of my favorite cars. It is very reliable and spacious. Ever since I purchased it it never gave me problems.
