Sales associate Sarah and used car sales manager Frank were very professional, honest and stood by their word even when there was a miscommunication. I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I could go on and on about this dealership, but to say they went above and beyond is an understatement! We were on our way to Ithaca from NYC when we hit a huge ROCK that destroyed our tire, and a tire that wasn’t usually in stock. Not only did they take us in immediately, but they were able to procure the tire the very next day and get us in and out in under an hour. Super friendly, efficient, they even fixed this annoying noise that our wiper blades were making, and they gave us a full oil change. My only wish is that these guys were closer to home! This is the type of service that makes me think I’ll be a life-long customer of Honda/Acura (and this is coming from an ex-Lexus owner!). Great job!!

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.
