Bought a Civic Si for my 16 yr old. Everyone at this dealership didn't try to oversell me. I visited other dealers who tried to sell me add-ons like tinted windows or $500 for UV protection where I'd have to come back to them every 6 mo. I got a fair price without being nickel and dimed. There were no games. Even Finance just offered an extended warranty without hard selling. Very happy with my experience. I managed service professionals for 30 years in Investment Banking and these guys treated my like I want my mom treated.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

I'll be so honest, I hate car shopping (like most people do). I ventured to roughly 6 or 7 dealerships in the valley within the past few weeks, but ultimately I'm really glad I gave Arrowhead Honda a shot. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Bryson for going the extra mile! Bryson took his time answering all my (many) inspection questions and was super patient while I made my decision. You can tell he extremely knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to cars, which isn’t something I've seen with most salespeople. I WENT IN ON WEDNESDAY 9/10/25 WITH THE INTENT TO TEST DRIVE TO SEE WHAT I WOULD BE INTERESRTED IN GETTING. WHEN I GOT THERE, I WAS GREETED BY TANNER. I IMMEDIATLY TOLD HIM THAT I HATE CAR SHOPPING AS IT COMES WITH ANXIETY AND ITS NOT MY CUP OF TEA AND THAT I WENT TO PEORIA FORD AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED. THEY DIDN'T LISTEN AND WAS ALL ABOUT THE SALE!! I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED AND WHAT I NEEDED AND HE SAID OK LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN FIND. TANNER LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS SAYING DIDN'T JUST DO WHAT HE WANTED TO MAKE A SALE. THAT WAS GOLD STAR #1. HE TALKED TO ME LIKE A PERSON AND AGAIN LISTENED TO ME AND DIDN'T RUSH TO MAKE A SALE. GOLD STAR#2. HE FOUND A SUV THAT WAS WHAT I WAS DESCRIBING AND THEN SOME. 2021 HONDA CRV. WE TOOK IT FOR A DRIVE AND IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER FELL IN LOVE WITH THE 1ST CAR DRIVEN AS MOST SALESPEOPLE END UP BRINGING ME VEHICLES THAT I DON'T WANT BECAUSE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE SALE. Purchased a 2025 Honda pilot EXL it is so smooth. The 10 speed automatic works flawlessly if you’re in the market for a midsize SUV I highly recommend you take a look at the pilot.

They were able to get the truck we wanted at the price I was looking for. The deal was as expected. No surprises, except I had expected more for my tradeins. We closed the deal anyway as I felt they were treating us well, and the price was probably better than most dealerships. Finance was straightforward, and we appreciated that.

This is my second S2000 , after we retired my wife said go get one , took awhile but finally found an 2004 with 40,000 on her , all I can say , just drive it you’ll love as I do , I won’t be selling this one going to my son after I kick the bucket.

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

So I live in NYC and wanted a hybrid. Why? The car I used to have (2000 impala 3.8) was doing 9 to 13 mpg with an 18-gallon tank. No thank you. I looked into all the hybrids and looked at three hybrids. 1. 2018 BMW 530e plug-in hybrid. Much better car than the Accord in MOSTLY every way but three areas. First, somehow it's not as efficient as the accord hybrid in terms of overall range which is odd. I don't have a place to plug in the car to reap the benefits of a plugin. Secondly, reliability and maintenance. Let something go wrong on a BMW let alone a BMW hybrid at that. And after doing some research the maintenance on a BMW is ridiculously! Ill stick with the Honda for that purpose. 2. Any Toyota Hybrid. Proven hybrids but the Camry is boring and ugly Avalon Hybrid is pricey. xxxx no to a Pruis. 3. Accord Hybrid. At first, I did not want an Accord at all. Why? because EVERYONE and their mommas owned one! I noticed that there were a lot of sport trim accords but not hybrids. So I went searching for a hybrid accord. I tested drove one, and brought it immediately! but where is why and here is my noticings. 1. The price I paid for my CPO 2018 Accord Hybrid Touring with 32k miles (no accidents) excellent conditions was $20,500 before taxes and etc. That is a STEAL! because I got an offer where if I sold it I can get 24k for it. 2. It really is a pretty car inside and out. Rides nice. One thing I will say is the road noise can be a little loud but it's not deafening! I changed the tires it came with and it made a difference. 3. MPG. So it is weird. When I purchased it in the winter of 12.31.20, I didn't at first see 47 mpg that it is rated for by the EPA. I saw maybe 38/39 on the highway (and at one point 33 mpg when it was really cold outside going 70+) and 27/28 in the city which isn't bad considering NYC's stop-and-go traffic. Also, batteries don't perform at their best when it is BRICK CITY outside! However, as the weather warms up I can see my average range and mpg creeping up. 47 MPG is achievable though!!!!! I had seen it more often. But don't let this deter you because it is efficient. 4. 12 ish gallon tank. Let's say you average 34/35 mpg, you'll get 420 miles of driving. I'm getting that in mostly 85% city driving rest city. Not too bad. My average speed in NYC is 8/9 miles per hour. However, when I drove to ATL where my average speed was more like 30/40 it will do 45/46. If you going above 65/70+ I average about 40/41 mpg. Still not bad. Cost under $30 to fill. I refuel every 3 weeks or so. 5. Don't let the hybrid badge fool you! It will do 60 in 6.8 sec! Not fast like the 2.0T but faster than the 1.5T. More efficient than both! Not too bad for a hybrid. Oddly enough, it will spin the tires. 6. Tall drivers listen up! I am 6ft 3.4 210 lbs. Some tall folks say they are fine driving it comfortably and others no so much. It not bad if your a giant like me. I would love another inch or two of legroom as a driver. For me, it's all about foot placement but I'm working on trying to move the seat back another inch or so. 7. Rarity. Accord isn't "rare" per see but I don't see a lot of hybrid accords 8. It's a honda. What can possibly go wrong? Do your maintenance when the car recommends and it will run forever and a day. But it is a hybrid so as a safety measure I'm glad I purchased a CPO honda. Doubt I'll ever use it considering that people who had the 2018's from new are reporting little to no problems but it is great to have. You never know! So yes, I like/borderline love it. It's a very nice livable car that happens to be efficient, reliable, and easy to drive.

Victor Ou was very straight forward about what could be done. The process was very quick compared to other new vehicle purchases at other dealerships. The GM Jin Lee went above and beyond to get me in the 2022 TLX Type S Performance. Alina in finance was also very quick and efficient with the documents.

This car replaced my 1993 Civic when the corrosion of the midwest did in the suspension, which was not worth repairing on on a car with 279,000 miles. Now my current Civic was approaching this benchmark fast befor Covid. It had some big shows to fill and easily did so. No problems, and it has been beat to crap. This is city driving, so the engine hours are through the roof. Average maybe 20mph thoughtour it’s life. Did need it’s starter replaced once, although this was less expensive than the old timing belt tuneup on the 93. There was an issue with thinning paint on trunk and the car has been hit with enough rocks and when parked that she is far from pristine. I vouch for the safety as this is the insurance replacement of one that got totaled with 60 miles on it back in 09, a roll over. Run off road by semi whose brakes failed. I find the car quite comfortable for commuting purposes and the AC still works. It’s a DX-VP, so she’s awfully spartan by modern standards. Now that I work from home, the miles are coming slower. I assume a better conditioned one with low miles would hold its resale value pretty well. I’d like to justify getting a new car to scoot around town but it’s impossible to justify.

I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . This woman went out of her way to help and really owed me nothing since I was not entitled to participate. Peoria ford genuinely cares about their customer’s satisfaction. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.
