Just had a terrific experience recently at Kendall Volkswagen in Bend, OR. The Sales Executive, Zac Wright, was top notch. The Sales Manager, Eric Kelley, was proactive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The GM, Deen Hydes, made sure the entire team worked through the processes efficiently and supported what I needed to get a deal done. I love the car. Bought it new. 104K miles. Super reliable. Only downside is a/c can be troublesome and mileage is subpar for being so small. I only get 23/23 mpg in normal commuting. Very fun to drive. Tons of space. Very nimble.
