I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

There are certain things that a dealership can do to leave a lasting impression on their customers. My wife and I had such an occurrence yesterday. A very positive occurrence. We intended to purchase a new Toyota Sienna. But the key for us was my wife's ability (she is wed to a wheelchair) to actually get into the front seat passenger side since she cannot drive. No such luck. Unlike our 2020 Honda Odyssey, which is easy for her, the Sienna was unfortunately about 5 inches too tall for her to reach the seat. What made the experience so memorable for us was the combination of Mike Lasiter (salesman) and Eddie Powell (sales mgr). They tried so many different approaches including seeing if they could find a replacement seat which would allow my wife easier access. It was amazing to see these two work so hard to help a customer. Sure they wanted to sell a car. But they went way beyond that to help us. In addition, I cannot imagine a customer finding a better facility to both purchase a car and to also have it serviced. The dealership's attention to detail on customer service was amazing. They had 72 service bays, a wonderful seating area for their customers, actual food customers could purchase instead of just a vending machine and to top it off, they offered a manicure service , free of charge, to any customer waiting for their car. Try matching that at most dealers. Each employee we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful (Yvette Pete Acree, etc). So the upshot of the visit was Eddie Powell and Mike Lasiter ended up recommending we go to Kia Union County dealership up the road and take a look at their vehicles which might fit my wife's need. So we did and ended up purchasing a new Kia minivan. And all the while I wished we could have become a customer of Scott Clark's dealership. So if you happen to be in the market for a new or used vehicle, I could not imagine a better sales and service experience or perhaps better said, a tremendous customer experience than that at Scott Clark Toyota. And no I am not a paid employee or anything like that. I am a customer who knows great customer service when he sees and experiences it.

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

This facility is top notch, clean and organized, the entire staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them for either service or purchase.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

I will have to say Dustin Mullinax knows cars and gives exceptional sales service! If you are looking for a car Dustin is who you want! Highly recommend!

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Excellent customer service and super fast at servicing my Yukon. I expected to wait for a few hours but was surprised it only took 45 mins.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

I got this Civic Touring 2018 from my son as a gift. To my surprise, it’s quite comfortable inside, not tight at all. The ride is comfortable and road noises not pronounced, but wind noise increases when the speed goes beyond 60 mph. I just got this car less than 3 months so I didn’t spend much time in dashboard functions and buttons. Those on the steering wheel need my study too. The GPS is not good compared with Google’s even after new updates from Honda (Garmin). I always use gps on cellphone. Will come back after having enough experiences.

We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I had never heard of the Honda Insight, but due to a change in job location, I have a longer commute...unfortunately, the price of gas has increased and I felt the mpg of my current vehicle wouldn’t make sense so I went into a local dealer and I was introduced to a Honda Insight...great mpg and value

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. I literally needed a car ASAP in 2019 and didn’t have cash to buy one used for a best value, so I financed a FIT from my local dealer. I did research the FIT and I compared it to other compact makers, and I chose FIT because of the mpg, interior versatility and styling. I also had put Honda as one of my choices because of the long history of reliability, the research was global, everyone is in agreement that Honda is reliable. I also looked at insurance and repair costs by searching for typical parts like shocks, tires, wipers, and these are all in the very cheap range. The interior versatility is by far the greatest advantage when combined with the great mpg, this car is so useful to me. I had once owned a SUV, and aside from super large items like 4x8 plywood sheets, this car hauls anything and efficiently. I would say the only downside is power, the FIT is spirited but revs up quick so that small efficient engine does get on the highway quick and cruises any day at 70, but pacing the fast lane with a Merc or Porsche 718 coming up behind you is not happening. With that said you can haul way more stuff for pennies compared to those cars, it’s all about your own priority situation. As a commuter car it can’t be beat, as a performance rod it stays in the slow lane. Oil changes are easy to do yourself, I change my FIT oil every 4000, oil and filter every 7000 which costs less than half of what is charged by service techs and much cleaner for your engine.
