The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. I have had many car buying experiences over the years. I’ve had good ones, bad ones, up to ones that were total nightmares, like showing up and having the dealership tell me, after a 30-minute delay, that the vehicle we had agreed that I was to test drive had been destroyed in a fire. Certainly a creative twist on the bait and switch sales tactic. That being said,. Let’s talk about Spartanburg Honda. I don’t think I’ve ever had a delightful car buying experience in my life (and I was born in the 1960s). That’s exactly the kind of experience I had at Spartanburg Honda. A delightful one! I arrived at the appointed time and the vehicle that I wanted to test drive was ready to go. Tommy McGaha was my sales consultant. Things went smoothly from test drive, to negotiating, to writing up the contract. There were no high pressure sales tactics or tricks or traps In the process. They disclosed everything about the vehicle and gave me a copy of the Carfax report. They even let me take the (used) vehicle offsite to get a third-party inspection. (The Carfax report showed that the vehicle had been in a rear-end accident requiring it to be towed which is why I wanted the third-party inspection. The car checked out fine and the third-party inspection gave me peace of mind I needed to close the deal.) Thomas Hawkins then wrote up the loan and finalized the deal. He offered me optional protection packages that provided real value. Again, no xx, no phony dealer installed options or made up fees. Tommy and Thomas were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would add that I got a fair price on a good vehicle, and they worked with me on my trade.

I came from out of state to buy my Genesis GV80, and the entire experience was absolutely worth the trip. From start to finish, Matthew made everything incredibly easy. My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

One service consultant named Easton Howard was very rude with my wife and her best friend. The best friend had a tire blowout on her Infinity. She called the other Bradshaw Infinity and they said to take it to the dealer in Greer. This Easton guy stuck his nose into this and said that they don't service this vehicle. I'm doing this review because I use this dealership and am very happy with them.

Great SUV if you can get past the styling. I remember when these came out and thought why did they make these. 12 years later I decided I wanted an SUV, found one and now think it's unique compared to all the common crossovers of today. Drives great, slightly higher off the ground but not overly tall, and is spacious. The hatch / trunk space isn't as practical as a CR-V or Pilot but fits between those two nicely as an alternative with plush ride, plenty power, and ability to cruise mile after mile. For occasional hauling needs, throwing a bike in the back, or for doggie transport, it's a great vehicle that goes everywhere regardless of weather.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Fred Anderson Kia of Greer. They were all so nice! We researched SUVs for months and finally decided on a Telluride. We called dealerships across several states looking for a good price with the color we wanted. They were so polite, returned our calls when they said they would and were straightforward in discussing the price. We ended up driving from the Nashville area, 320 miles, to Fred Anderson Kia in Greer, SC to buy a car! We were worked with Dustan and he explained everything well and even stayed an hour after they closed to show us how to use the features on our new car. I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

(This was awhile ago) A gift, thinking of how amazing they served us in comparison to what we got at Apple Tree Honda could make me cry. Apple Tree Honda sent my wife with a recall without repairing it and it could have lit my pregnant wife's car on fire. Forrest City, didn't skip a beat, they saw it and did it and no questions asked and didn't try to up-sell me anything. They kindly, quickly, and without any hassle fixed my wife's car and charged us nothing as they were suppose to. My wifes car had already started smoking but Apple tree sent her away, after holding the car a long time and doing nothing and being very unresponsive. GO TO FORREST CITY HONDA FOR TRUSTWORTHY HUMANE STAFF- WORTH AN HOUR DRIVE!

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. After 3-weeks of driving my 2026 Passport Trailsport, I have thoughts: Love the box exterior and beefy tires. Wife and I appreciate the splash of cloth on the doors, seats, and below the dash----keeps things interesting! Love the panoramic sunroof. Compared to my Jeep Gladiator, the smooth ride is amazing, as is the quiet cabin. Stock 9 speaker sound system is pretty decent, but will upgrade soon as I like to rock. Wish it had the Sirius app (but carplay works great). The V-6 has nice power and even a bit of growl. So far, really enjoying the redesigned Passport.

Most comfortable pickup I have owned(extensive spine injury).hate the auto stop feature…the electronics are the worst.very difficult to sync a phone. Great mileage. I Plan on keeping this truck a very long time.also required maint.is a disappointment..never had to change diff and trans fluid in any of my previous trucks
