I walked in with very little intention to do anything but test drive the Ariya and know I checked it out before buying another car. Christie Villa emailed me early, no pressure but made sure she was available, got me a spot with little notice to test the car. Car was way better than I expected. She was the opposite of what I was expecting, asking me great questions and not pushy at all. She also got my partner in to try it and set our kids up so we could get everything finalized. Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

Not only did Oleg, the salesperson I worked with, save me $800 by finding a way for me to not pay tax on the car I bought, he also suggested a Vermont program that would help me pay for it because it was a hybrid. Even just the car itself was amazing. I took it to the auto shop I go to and they said it was in amazing condition for a used car and that they saw no issues with it even though it was an older vehicle. Highly recommend them, only took ten minutes to fill out the paperwork because they were prepared for us to come back the day after my test drive.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

When my jeep patriot was found to have a cracked frame, it did not pass inspection. I checked around for a reliable new used car I discovered Paya’s Auto and found they had had a 2021 renegade available. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Ok, I have been putting off buying a car bc of the fear of the process of buying a car. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left with new car keys in my hand, the entire process was wonderful. Sam and Tiffany were INCREDIBLE. Female POWER! The rust on the rocker panels of my '07 Ridgeline was pretty bad. I took the truck into 802 and Bob Meservey was extremely helpful in getting Honda to evaluate the problem and then pick up some of the repair expense. All the guys in service are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I cannot thank Bob and 802 enough for their courtesy and professionalism.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

I just leased my first car with 802 Honda. I had gone to a completely different dealership for a different manufacturer and was not helped very well. When I messaged 802 Honda, Melody messaged me back right away and she was so helpful! She knew this was my first lease and gave me the (actual) numbers right away, which made it so easy for me to know whether or not I could afford the car I wanted. Melody was responsive with emails and phone calls, helped me with anything I needed and was excited for me, too! When I picked a car, there was a small recall on the Hondas, so they had to keep it there for inspection, but 802 Honda paid for me to have a rental during that time so I wouldn't be without a car. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice, and I didn't feel pressured to get something I couldn't afford. They made my first new car experience exciting and easy!!

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.
