Bobby took great care of me from start to finish and even the manager Meeni, checked in throughout the entire process to make sure I was taken care of. That kind of attention from leadership really sets the tone for the whole dealership. Jill in finance was fantastic too. She walked me through all of my options thoroughly and actually helped me lock in a better rate than what my own bank had offered me. The document signing process was quick and seamless with their modern system. One thing that really stood out: I purchased my vehicle from another Rick Hendrick location and when it arrived, they did a full inspection to make sure everything was up to spec with no hidden issues. Then had it thoroughly detailed before handing over the keys. That extra attention to detail says a lot about how they operate. Highly recommend this dealership.I?ll absolutely be back for my next one.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Overall, the best buying experience ever. Sean Reid was very helpful, knowledgeable and didn?t feel pressured. He walked me through all the steps. Jill on finance was a joy to work with.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.
